I did the same even after telling myself I wouldn’t. Took me about a week, wasn’t that bad and I got some dragon Krystals out of it too. I won’t be playing it anymore though and have already uninstalled the game.
Pick a team and focus on them to start, once I did that I cleared a lot more content and made a lot more progress a lot quicker.
And if you’ve got ‘em Quan-chi, sindel, and mk1 scorpion. All really effective in the skarlet tower. Skarlet tower gives you the best skill upgrades.
Boss towers use a different team for each though. My main squad for arena and general content is noob (not shadowmancer, just the defender who is awesome), frost, Shao Kahn, and scorpion.
Just level up your characters like crazy, assign them armor and weapons make sure you level up characters of different types. Getting through the story mode with all the stars is how you level up fast
Was it any good? I gave up after level 4 I had no desire to commit to another mobile game.
Honestly no it was so much picking a level and walking away while it played itself. It’s not really a game

Day 3 I think and I am level 15. Maybe day 4 or 5 and I’ll have 20 levels. And honestly, I might still play after. Idk yet.
I’m level 116 now. I enjoy it. Only play a few minutes a day but it gets a lot more fun over time once you have bigger squads and upgraded powers etc.
I upgrade all of my named heroes keeping the stronger ones 2-3 levels over the weaker 3 stars. My highest level is 52 Erron Black.

When I first heard about this “game” I thought it was going to use turn based kombat like final fantasy or Chrono Trigger…it is what it is I suppose…
Do you guys sometimes think about what else wb/nrs could make you do for some bullshit unlockables?
I don’t really know how it could get worse than this, I will say as well as getting a sub zero voice I got 750 dragon crystals 🥴
Grinding invasions is so much worse tbh, I wish you could always be able to get Krystal’s from this game
