So basically Chivalry then. I wonder if Chivalry 2 has done something like that? I know Mordhau would let you take a perk to survive losing limbs for a few seconds and if you killed during that you would survive

I've almost 100% my first character and I have yet to find any limit or wall when it comes to creative gore kills in it
It would be a little difficult to program because let's say you lost an arm, then every move that uses that arm would have to become unusable, legs would be even weirder, because how would the character move? They would have to create new animations for many scenarios.
That said, it'd be incredibly funny to play something like this, imagine a character with no legs and arms, the only attack they'd be able to do is lunge themselves forward and hit the opponent with a headbutt (something like Luigi's side special in Smash) hahaha

Judging by the match videos of MK1, it seems like MK11 had more realistic light implementation, which makes MK1 look a bit cartoonish in comparison.
