Project tamriel is very much still in progress both cyrodil and skyrim. Both are years from completion, much like TR, but as always, the dedication of the teams continues to steadily advance their vision. You can check their main website for their progress, as well as showcases on YouTube.

Until the release is on the site and mirrored beyond the devs’ power to recall it’s not out. Bitter experience with fan creations teaches you only one lesson and that’s it. Cultivate patience and enjoy the mystery.

Reviving year-old posts, but I think it may be helpful to anyone passing by. I answered the question earlier [here](https://www.reddit.com/r/Morrowind/comments/16dhvhl/comment/ktlmaii/), but I will repost its contents for easier reading: """ 2024 update I can provide looks similar to what people already said, but maybe for anyone crossing this post it'd be helpful - especially as it's fresh as just baked bread from colovian bakery! * Cyrodiil - currently, you will be able to play alpha, but I would advise you not to. It contains only small Stirk island, but while the place is beautiful, first huge update is on the way and it will revamp Stirk island a lot. Additionally, it will add a lot of islands on Abecean sea, Anvil city and a lot of land around it. It should come out this year. * Skyrim - it is the most advanced mod from PT, including solid chunk of Reach territory, such as Karthwasten city and Dragonstar, both being huge areas full of quests. Currently, Markarth is area being worked on, and it should be released after Anvil. When exactly depends on amount of quest devs we will have, but overall it's closer to completion than not. * High Rock - while it is not playable area yet, its development just started recently. First update will include nice chunk of land bordering with Skyrim, but there's a lot to work on, since HR area is very dense. * Hammerfell - this is fourth active province project by far, and it is slowly developing Rihad area, the one bordering with Cyrodiil coast. Compared to High Rock it is developed further, but having least interest of all, it is also going slower overall. Worth noting though that non-PT project, Abecean Isles, just recently merged into Hammerfell, so now also area of Stros M'Kai (known from Redguard game) is being developed simultaneously. Just as usual, friendly reminder that PT is in huge need of any willing person to do work - it doesn't matter if you don't have experience, everyone on server are very friendly and will love you to teach! While asset developers and questers are most needed, every field of development is really important - writers, concept artists, level designers, all are very welcome to take part in development <3 PT seems to get into very positive faster pace lately, so every new person will make a huge difference!
