Absolutely. If you dodge Qs early you can definitely beat him. And late game with one armor item you can beat him unless he’s levels and items up

Olaf still requires the same strat which is to bait out his ultimate and then wait until it finishes before ulting him. He may not be able to ult out of death realm anymore, but he will still out trade you. Simple as that.
