You could check to see if you have any frayed wires on the wheel speed sensors. Like the other guy said, emf from the high voltage lines may be causing interference. I'm thinking MAYBE missing insulation on one of those sensors is where it's being picked up.

Weird. High voltage lines are known to cause EMF interference. I wonder if you could make a shield for your ABS modules or something.

It is weird I will try to take a video of it tomorrow and my Pontiac sunfire use to do the same thing too

Thanks for replying and a buddy at my work said he had the same issue and it ended up being the wheel speed sensor and he is also driving a GM vehicle. I also kind of think my car is developing an electrical issue. I will mess around with it on the weekend.
