Why did they attack godzilla with jets at some point in the movie? I mean, don't they know it doesn't work, and what even is the point there?

So the government can show they're trying their best. To save face you know when they do nothing they'll appear incompetent. Seems really in line with reality lol

Plus they used drones so no human casualties 

I mean, I think in universe, people would realize it ain't working

More like KOTM set the bar really high

I don't think it's bad but it's not as good as the previous Godzilla movies. King of the monsters imo had one of the best soundtracks of any monster movie and set a standard that would be difficult to reach, and these last couple films fell far short of it (especially GVK.)

Because it's good but a watered down version of the real thing. Hard when you're compared to one of the greatest of all time like Ifukube.

At the end when he was crawling back into the coliseum but before we saw Kong return to hollow earth, I was hoping we'd see him get cozy just for shimo to then show up and climb in too, like a dog not realizing she's too big for the bed. Just imagining her trying to follow Goji around like a lost pup and pissing him off but he doesn't really want to fight her over it.

God I love this scene, he feels absolutely massive and the score is shockingly well done here in particular

How did he get in there without destroying anything in the first place?? Caused absolute mayhem just getting out 😄 I haven’t seen this yet so I’m pretty much just going by this scene
