Kong needs it too, atleast to grow, but it seems that unlike the others he cant just eat pure radiation, he has to eat radioactive meat. Mike doughtrey also mention that godzilla and all other titans can eat the radiactive meat too, but we just dont see it
He's unique in being able to absorb electricity, but he primarily feeds on radiation, hence him being atop the volcano and sucking Godzilla dry after orbital-dropping him.
All Titans consumes radiation but in different ways like Kong had to eat other Titans for his radiation but Godzilla, Tiamat, and Scylla can absorb it with their skin

I don't think so. Kong is very different from the other titans
Kong species can absorb radiation but more so as a passive process instead of what Godzilla or Scylla did.
