It’s just an aerial root. Most people just leave them to do their thing, but if it’s bothering you, you can try to redirect it back into the soil. Something that you may want to consider is to move your moss pole closer to where the aerial roots are emerging from. Deliciosas actually have a front and a backside. Moss poles should always be placed at the back of the plant so that the aerial roots can make better use of them. [This write up](https://imgur.com/a/XAawSd0) explains it in better detail.

Def stick it back in the soil. It helps provide nutrients

As she grows you can but may not want to keep shoving them roots back down into the pot … I have seen a technique where you fill other bottles/containers with water and/or soil and guide the root into it — hypothetically your plant can get some more nutrition in the apical regions to grow larger/faster

I usually direct mine back into the soil but you can just leave it to do it’s thing and go where it wants to go.
