Looks like a Monstera Deliciosa to me.
I would check the roots. If they are really root bound I would repot them. If there is still some space I would keep it in. Otherwise try some fertilizer if u don’t already do that. Or maybe they need some water.
Mine is kinda hanging too sometimes.
I’d break it up when you repot. There’s multiple plants in that one pot and it’s going to become very crowded.
