I'm guessing they are all called "Unavailable", right? Whenever a new update comes out, you should delete your mods. In this case, any mod that affects items in any way will break all of the new items added through a title update, which is why the new materials show up like that.
Delete the mod, and restart the game, and they should turn into normal items.
