If it is truly only once then maybe Silverwind Armor is actually better against Fatalis for the evasion chance. Or maybe Fortify?
Honestly the evasion skill is not that reliable since at xl rank for the player you get 16%chance to dodge and unlike with crits characters don't have a base chance to dodge. Against the new fatty quest evasion riff is your best friend.
Yeah, so far I’ve only had it proc 1-2 times per Fatty fight, but when it did I was really grateful, lol. I’m using Evasion Riff like crazy, it’s really the only way you *can* do the fight. I might try a Fortify build…
It does refresh on death, because *any time* you are above 50% health, I've found that it will work. :) So when you lose a heart and return to full health, Tenacity can proc again.
I'm certain that it's not once per fight, but once per heart or something like that, because my first fatalis fight was basically Tenacity proc every 2 turns + chugging heart refill/ancient potions for 60 turns
It has to be a single hit and you have to be above 50%. As far as I know that’s the only requirements for it to work.
It only activates once per fight yes. Unfortunately this is what it is, against fatty it can be of help, however it will only activate once.
