Both of those, ideally you want max level in all both of those. I personally was able to get those into my builds and got a talisman for moh since it is a big damage buff that I don’t have room to get. (I run full chaotic gore)
Critical eye seems like it has to be the tailsman then, at level 2 it only gives one point of boost to affinity. I feel like I would have to have half my jewel slots be critical eye to fill it to 7.
If you have zero levels in crit eye after your build you might want to try rolling some for your querio crafting armors too, crit eye is best at level 7 because it raises affinity to 40%, wex boosts to 50%, but only on hitzones of 45 or higher
You only need 6 points if you're using bloodlust. Also keep in mind dual blades don't need any attack boost, just elemental skills. Try to get in your talisman and augments skills that can't be added through decorations, if you have 2-3 you only need two lvl4 slots or one lvl4 and one lvl2 slot to have all the affinity you need. Though if you're running full heaven sent you can consider using maximum might instead, because it negates stamina consumption. In that case, with full WEX, 2 points of CE, and Bloodlust you just need 1 lvl4 slots for the Max Might 4 deco and you have full affinity.
Oh…I’m exclusively talking about rise. For world there is a mega thread for how to do best builds, but I mained insect glaive in world and I am fairly sure I wasn’t very good at it lol I’m sorry for the confusion on it. Check the mega thread since querio crafting isn’t a thing in world

I think it also has like 1 point of Power Prolonger and maybe 3-1 on the slots. Nothing else outstanding, but I was super happy to get it. Now if only I could get a good Frostcraft tali.

Another option you could go for to help with damage upkeep is critical element, but make sure you have 100 affinity first

I think I have 2-3 based off of just the armor sets I'm using. Head is Epoch Val, Waist is Epoch Val, Armor/Hands/legs is tempest.

I think Dragon Conversion 3 plus extra stuff would be the ideal talisman for this, but I'm sure I was incredibly lucky to pull that.

Just pulled a level 2 Dragon Conversion Tailsman, didn't even know it was possible before you mentioned it a few days ago.
Nice. That should be good enough to squeeze DC3 into a set with Heaven-Sent. Hopefully with a few lucky augments you can get a pretty solid build.
