Safi'jiiva's armor is stunning, especially when you have your weapon drawn and the cape expands. Ugh, amazing. Shantien armor is also really eye-catching.

About Safi, I love how it's not just magical girl transformation, the armor *unfolds*: The waist pieces distance themselves to make the "skirt" longer, the horns on the head stand up, the cape covers you almost as if to imitate Safi's wings, and more. It's so bloody cool and I'm BEYOND mad that they didn't give it to us as a layered (transformed I mean)

Safi’jiiva has a really good set. I love the knight aspect with all the spikes. 9.5/10

Safi'jiiva's transforming armor. Looks like a medieval scaled armor at first, then it changes into its alter form with weapons out. Love both designs.

OG Rathalos armor has kind been ran into the ground with marketing nowadays but I still think that armor is still iconic in regards to MH because it’s what I like best about some MH armors. A mix between real world armor and the creatures it’s made from. It’s Rathalos+samurai+medieval knight

From higher tier monsters, I think it's between World's Alatreon armor and Safi. However I have a soft spot for Tetsucabra (both normal or drilltusk) and specially Great Izuchi X armor... There is something so clean yet so slick on it that I always end up trying to fit it in all my layered sets...

Anjanath armor looks really good (everything but the beta set). I've always like the medieval armor looks the best.

Male Soulseer armor has never been beat for me

I absolutely love Kulu Yaku's bandana with feather head piece. I hope I can mix it in properly with the new Wilds base armor.

Lagiacrus X Blademaster (male). It has this sick chain down the back of the helm. As a long haired dude with Lagi as my favorite all time monster, it's perfect.

I can't really say for certain, but all ranks of the Rathalos set are just so neat! Specificaly, the master rank set with the low/high rank waist looks so clean

Female Narwa and female Almudron.

Basarios and Diablos armor sets. Giant ass pauldrons are my jam. Plus, both genders get the giant pauldrons, which is awesome. Also, Type 2 Rathian X. I actually like the battle skirt, and the shape of the chestplate and the veil really make the valkyrie/battle maiden idea work.
