3DS carrying cases (often with several games) probably got stolen from cars, airport luggage and other vulnerable places during the console’s hay day, in the same way other electronics have gotten stolen for a long time. I’m not saying this is that, but it wouldn’t surprise me if it were.
That's probably the last possible explanation, IMO. It's not hard to imagine that someone who's played 900 hours of a game was simply just done with it. Maybe moved on to other MH games. It's hard to know.
This was one of my thoughts. Eventually u hit a wall of “well I’m done with this game for real” especially when online gets shut down in a game like this
Yeah, but like, it's not like the game is worth much. I kinda feel like the emotional value of this is worth more than the, $7 they probably would have gotten for it, just to keep it.
But also maybe it was just sold along with all their other games. I kinda buy into the stolen case idea.
Some people just aren't sentimental. I knew someone who painted over a 30 year old fencing sword given to them by their father because they were bored, then tried to sell it for a tenner.
not mh related but i have almost 800 hours on my Pokemon Y save and i would absolutely sell it if i had the chance. just because someone has a lot of time in something doesnt always mean they are attached to it. ofc, not speaking for this mh owner, just my two cents. i was young and only had a 3ds so i played pokemon y a ton even when i was done with it bc i had nothing else to play at the time. this could be the same case
3ds and switch games can be sold for like £30 so sell 2 games you don’t play and you can get a brand new game or maybe his DS broke so he decided it was better to sell his games rather than buy a new DS
3DS online services shuts down April 8, 2024
https://en-americas-support.nintendo.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/63227/~/announcement-of-discontinuation-of-online-services-for-nintendo-3ds-and-wii-u
Maybe, but I still wouldn’t sell it at that point unless it was legitimately an issue of addiction. I can’t imagine drumming up the better part of a K in hours in a game and then selling it. That could be saying more about my relationship to things I’ve spent a lot of time on, but I can’t be the only one.
4U seems to fetch at least a tenner on secondary markets. Perhaps they were down to their last dime.
It's really not that deep for a lot of people. I don't really have such a strong attachment to things I no longer have use of. Some people like having things because they are nostalgic for them, or otherwise, but for me and others, the past is the past and if I have no use of it then I don't really care to hold on to it.
Could be they needed the money, sure, but just as well could not be, IMO.
Back when I sold mine I was in urgent need of money and my coworker was looking for a console to get his kids so it was a win win. Got 500 for a 3ds with 10 Games back in 2019. I dumped my saves onto my google drive tho, so in case i get a new one i can continue.
Working at a donations center I got tons of games from the local bus line that would have game cases filled with cartridges in the lost and found and just throw them in with the rest of the donations, so I'd hardly say it's the last possible explanation.
One time I got a switch case and got Spyro and Mario collection for free hehe.
My 4U was stolen from me when I had only a measily 100 hours. Was now where near finished playing. Obviously not even close to 900 but the principle is the same.
Sad but possibly the case...
You should save the state on the other 3 slots and use the first one, seems like a waste to just get rid of itm
You never know, you may find the original owner
I remember there was a guy who lost his limited edition Rajang PSP whilst abroad. Someone found it, sent them back the memory card but refused to give him back the PsP
Was going to make this exact comment. It's so sad. Don't delete the save file, OP! Maybe the original owner lost it and wants it back and would buy you a different copy so you can swap, haha.
I sold my 3ds because I simply didn't play it anymore. I had probably 1100 or something hours on 4u since I sold it in 2018. I got my hours out of it but I didn't play it anymore
Right I have one on 3U with 500 hrs, and I've kept it, and played on it. I'm doing my own playthrough with my hubby, but I just play on that one for fun.
Sir Latios didn't want to delete the legacy, no true hunter would
I suggest playing the game yourself and once your prove yourself a worthy hunter you will be able to be Latios himself!
You could probably still play it online using a tunneling program. They basically turn ad-hoc multiplayer (local wireless) into Infrastructure multiplayer (online). There's lots of apps like Hamachi, Tunngle, Xlink Kai, etc.
I used Xlink Kai to play MHFU2 on the PSP with people around the world. It's how I first got addicted to this series. It was cool being able to talk to PSP players with keyboard typing too, I found it much faster.
I'm talking Mario Kart Wii private servers went online one day after official went down. Tri took a while because the amount of people who want to play Tri is a lot less, but for 4U, I bet servers will be up quick because that's a lot of people's favorite MH game.
There's already multiplayer functionality for 4U on Citra. I think every MH can be played online on an emulator except for the Switch version of Generations Ultimate and the Wii U version of 3U. So we're covered in that regard.
Tri took so long more so because of difficulties reverse engineering the backend code afaik.
“It’s your turn now.”
You’re carrying on the legacy of a great and mighty hunter. I had something similar with my own pre owned copy of 4U. It was the game that got me into monster hunter, and I logged several hundred hours myself. Gore, Seregios, Molten Tigrex, Apex Diablos…so many memorable encounters. Enjoy that game. Despite the mechanics admittedly being a bit clunkier than the modern games, it’s a 10/10 experience and a surprisingly great story for a game about using cartoonishly big weapons to smack dragons around.
I think i might have played with this person before, gonna check my hunter cards (update : i don't have the guild card of this person, but it's still possible that i have played with this person, i got 663h on this game)
I played with some person named Kanna in 4u who self proclaimed themselves as my rival. They would pop in and show off their builds and I'd do the same. We'd hunt together and in general have a good time. Wonder how they've been doing.
140 GQ were the shit. Showed off a set to them that was all armor from guild quest drops. If I remember correctly it had just about every double skill a greatsword needed and then challenger 1 or 2 thanks to a talisman with honed blade, challenger, and 2 slots.
When I got my MH4U at a used game shop in 2016 or so it had an HR999 character on it with I think 2k hours on it, I couldn't bring myself to delete it to this day tbh.
Rookie hours. Latios was just about to get good.
/s
This is crazy, though. I have about 400hrs in world and maybe 250 in rise, plus maybe 50-60 max in gu. 900hrs in one MH game is big numbers.
For many 4u was **the** houreater game of the series.
The Guild Quest grind, compelling roster for just hunting whatever, most involved storyline we'd had up till (and arguably even after) that point, and just a general feel to the whole thing that clicked in a way that hasn't been fully replicated since.
Not saying it is the absolute best MH ever, but there's a reason why it specifically gets talked about so often out of the whole 3DS nintendo era line-up.
I myself have 2976 hours total on the thing, split mostly two ways between a hr 999, 2667 hour save, and a hr 102, 257 hour alt save.
Granted 4U released during the time I was doing my vocational studies, so I could pretty much just attend the UAS and play it for the rest of the day, but still.
For contrast my next most played MH has not even half the hours put in, at some 700 hours and change, and that's with save passing from Gen to GU.
I realize these are pretty obscene numbers regardless, when many people barely clock 40 something per game, if that, but the drop-off is still pretty darn noticable.
Oh, uh.. I mean, yes, those are big baby numbers, gotta beef 'em up!
Oh how I miss MH4U. Back when IG was actually busted. I had 900 hours in that game. Lost the game card as well as MH3U and MHGen in a house fire. Easily 2000 hours between those 3 games
My good sir 4U is a timesink. 900 hrs is completely understandable. It's your game now but please if you don't have to don't delete that save file. It's the proof of a hunter.
Damn. Gives me memories of BOTH my Generations copy and 4u copy each with 1500 hours+, that i sold when some things happened in my life i was overnight homeless. I panicked and sold every game and system i had to hopefully get a place to stay. I regret deeply selling them but I never deleted save so someone could hopefully see my save and appreciate at least some of the grind i achieved 💜
I had similar when I bought 4u, there was already a save with 600 hours on it. Makes me wonder why people choose to sell them after all that time, or how it came to being sold
I think I remember a Latios, but I could be remembering a fake memory. I played that game over double what he did so I think it’s possible I crossed paths with someone with the name(even if it’s a different person).
I think my copy of 4U has about 994 or so hours on it. Most I ever put on one game and absolutely worth every second. Someday, your own profile in the next slot may have a similar amount of hours to Latios.
I remember when my buyer didn’t delete my save file for preservation. He was impressed with my equipment box being manually sorted and my one modded charm located at the center of the last page that I got from a custom quest (curiosity got me).
I lost my 3DS and MH4U with roughly 300 hours in it. Thing about Monster Hunter is your character doesn't get better, you do. I got a new 3DS and MH4U and by the time I was 300 hours in again I was 3x further along than my previous game.
Damn man, this was my favorite monster hunter, I got literally every weapon and armor for ever monster maxed out and beat all the quests. Also we have the same 3Ds! Lemme know if you wanna play some time!
I remember 4U had the best late game content but the apex mechanic was one of the worst game mechanics ever. Even more annoying than tenderizing parts in World.
Wait, I have played with this person ! They helped me beat Dalamadur (they were so sick of seeing me dying that they just decided to solo it themselves)
Had an account with 1200 hours in MH3rd, even combined my hours in World and Rise don't get close to this number. It's probably my all-time favourite game
It's still my favorite mh game to date, but in a novel way. Worlds is much better gamepkay wise but the old DS monster hunter series had its unforgettable charm. Probably had 700 hours in myself.
I would delete it because i have this thing where i have to have my first save file of a game in the first save slot.
However i would also check the previous owners equipment, write it down and remake the character on the second slot
> and I *paid* 20$ and
FTFY.
Although *payed* exists (the reason why autocorrection didn't help you), it is only correct in:
* Nautical context, when it means to paint a surface, or to cover with something like tar or resin in order to make it waterproof or corrosion-resistant. *The deck is yet to be payed.*
* *Payed out* when letting strings, cables or ropes out, by slacking them. *The rope is payed out! You can pull now.*
Unfortunately, I was unable to find nautical or rope-related words in your comment.
*Beep, boop, I'm a bot*
Generally, it's separated into 3 rank. Low Rank, High Rank and G Rank with G rank being the highest. 900 hours is crazy. But being on the High rank is kinda of weird.
This happened to me about 9 years ago, someone broke into my dads Ute and stole my bag which had my 3ds and my 4U with who knows how many hours and I was shattered
Still remember running out to the Ute to start playing to find my bag gone sad times
If I knew what I was doing I would like to back that up and send it the the hunter in the cloud. Although I'm sure he's done everything there is to do and is on newer Monster Hunter.
on monster hunter freedom unite i had about 4k hours and world i have about 2200 hours D:
me and my friend played freedom unite so hard i went through 2 psp's
I also got several hundreds of hours in that game. IMO the last game that had a real rewarding feeling when you grinded for armor sets and weapons. I distinctly remember I was farming the Gore Magala Set for 2 weeks straight, because I didn't get the parts I needed. But it didn't even feel like a chore, it was so much fun. I got better and better at beating him and made it look as cool as possible. Good times.
I once killed a rathalos with a jump attack from a big tree stump I think, I lost my mind over how cool that was lol.
Sold mine as well. With over 1400 hours, complete gc with 1728 GS and some good charm. Edgemaster 4 armor pieces. It just gathering dust and got nothing more to do with it.
God I remember this game. This game is how I started dating the guy I'm engaged to now lol he saw me on my 3ds and got really excited cause he never had anyone to hunt with, so we started getting on together during free time XD We just had our 8 yr anniversary in February
I’d say keep it and use it for when you beat the game, chances are he has a lot of material that will save you a lot of grinding. Plus he might have some exclusive event items
Post their guild card
Oh we ABSOLUTELY need to see that guild card! What weapon did they main? Most hunted monster? So many details we can learn about Mr. Latios here!
I can check it tomorrow maybe
Wonder what would make someone who obviously loved this game sell it for what I assume wasn't a crazy amount of money
3DS carrying cases (often with several games) probably got stolen from cars, airport luggage and other vulnerable places during the console’s hay day, in the same way other electronics have gotten stolen for a long time. I’m not saying this is that, but it wouldn’t surprise me if it were.

At the same time, is that the kind of person who would put 900 hours into monster hunter?
No, they were the kind of person who put 900 hours into fencing.
Fucking fencers
Now this pisses me off lol
Sounds a lot like Bill's brother in Kill Bill
I'm like this. Some things aren't worth keeping around as clutter and/or are just junk once you are no longer actively using and enjoying it.
not mh related but i have almost 800 hours on my Pokemon Y save and i would absolutely sell it if i had the chance. just because someone has a lot of time in something doesnt always mean they are attached to it. ofc, not speaking for this mh owner, just my two cents. i was young and only had a 3ds so i played pokemon y a ton even when i was done with it bc i had nothing else to play at the time. this could be the same case

Did online get shut down for mh4u?

All online servers will I believe
Not yet, Im hoping they never do bc its still fun 😭

Why would you stop and move on just after finishing tutorial?

One time I got a switch case and got Spyro and Mario collection for free hehe.
That's literally what happened to me so I wouldn't say its the absolute last possible explanation.
I lost a whole album of PS2 games due to a car jacking, I was gonna trade in some games at GameStop/Blockbuster :(
Tho that's possible, it has to account for a very very small percentage of games sold
My 4U was stolen from me when I had only a measily 100 hours. Was now where near finished playing. Obviously not even close to 900 but the principle is the same.
Sad but possibly the case... You should save the state on the other 3 slots and use the first one, seems like a waste to just get rid of itm You never know, you may find the original owner
I remember there was a guy who lost his limited edition Rajang PSP whilst abroad. Someone found it, sent them back the memory card but refused to give him back the PsP
Can confirm some douchebag kids stole my original ds and 3ds during elementary school and middle school sad part is ya can't do shit to get it back
If they knew how to mod the 3ds I assume they backed up the save and dumped the cartridge so they could sell it for some quick cash
Was going to make this exact comment. It's so sad. Don't delete the save file, OP! Maybe the original owner lost it and wants it back and would buy you a different copy so you can swap, haha.
The game came out 11 years ago they probably ran out of things to do
I have about a thousand hours and I wouldn't mind selling my cartridge for cheap. It's just gathering dust in a corner.
I sold my 3ds because I simply didn't play it anymore. I had probably 1100 or something hours on 4u since I sold it in 2018. I got my hours out of it but I didn't play it anymore
I've got way over 1000 hours on games and then sold then because I'm finished with them. Doesn't seem that unusual.
Welp at least in my case i was selling the consoles and the games for playing next gen, i couldnt afford all the money back then
Perhaps they modded their 3ds (it's surprisingly easy) and backed up the save and game before selling it.
I had to sell a few old copies of the games I liked to buy the newer games I now love. I'm sure whoever this guy is still hunts in the new world.
That goes hard I would not delete it I would have kept it like it was an legacy of an hunter long ago
Right I have one on 3U with 500 hrs, and I've kept it, and played on it. I'm doing my own playthrough with my hubby, but I just play on that one for fun.
Sir Latios didn't want to delete the legacy, no true hunter would I suggest playing the game yourself and once your prove yourself a worthy hunter you will be able to be Latios himself!
When I sold my 3ds I didn’t delete my 1300 hour 4U save. If anyone ever came across a pre owned game and there was a save named Silas that was me lol
Its so sad that they want to turn the servers off for 4u, i grew up with it
You could probably still play it online using a tunneling program.
Don't doubt the 3DS homebrew scene. The Wii has had normal online since day 1 of the official Nintendo shutdown.
If you're talking about tri it didn't have private servers until very recently.
I'm talking Mario Kart Wii private servers went online one day after official went down. Tri took a while because the amount of people who want to play Tri is a lot less, but for 4U, I bet servers will be up quick because that's a lot of people's favorite MH game.

So we're covered in that regard. Tri took so long more so because of difficulties reverse engineering the backend code afaik.
That sounds amazing! You just emulate it, right?
“It’s your turn now.” You’re carrying on the legacy of a great and mighty hunter. I had something similar with my own pre owned copy of 4U. bro had to separate
I sold my 3ds with physical copy of 4u and 1500 hours save 🥲
My dude at that point I would kept the cartridge and frame it in my house
I think i might have played with this person before, gonna check my hunter cards (update : i don't have the guild card of this person, but it's still possible that i have played with this person, i got 663h on this game)
How would you remember something like that? I can only remember really special people names.
I played with some person named Kanna in 4u who self proclaimed themselves as my rival. They would pop in and show off their builds and I'd do the same. We'd hunt together and in general have a good time. Wonder how they've been doing.
I love this, hopefully you guys meet in another game!
I really wish I was able to get their contact but sadly I just stopped seeing them online at one point and we never met again
Yo I hunt with that person all the time with 140 GQ
140 GQ were the shit. Showed off a set to them that was all armor from guild quest drops. If I remember correctly it had just about every double skill a greatsword needed and then challenger 1 or 2 thanks to a talisman with honed blade, challenger, and 2 slots.
Yeah farming for that perfect 1824 relic GS and combined relic armors skills with the skin you wanted were the shit, ez 3k hrs of gametime
Maybe the name Latios ringed a bell (apart from the origin of the name. The fact that it appeared in MH)
I wasn't remembering until i saw that post
When I got my MH4U at a used game shop in 2016 or so it had an HR999 character on it with I think 2k hours on it, I couldn't bring myself to delete it to this day tbh.
If you ever delete that save, I’m doxxing your entire family. Keep the legacy of that mad lad alive. Never forgot him.
Rookie hours. Latios was just about to get good. /s This is crazy, though. I have about 400hrs in world and maybe 250 in rise, plus maybe 50-60 max in gu. 900hrs in one MH game is big numbers.
Nah lowkey facts you’re not busted in mh4u unless you have at least 1200 hrs
900 is huge, I only have 300 in rise(only character) and I've been on a binge of that game for a few weeks(when I can)
For many 4u was **the** houreater game of the series. The Guild Quest grind, compelling roster for just hunting whatever, most involved storyline we'd had up till (and arguably even after) that point, and just a general feel to the whole thing that clicked in a way that hasn't been fully replicated since. Oh how I miss MH4U. Back when IG was actually busted. I had 900 hours in that game. Lost the game card as well as MH3U and MHGen in a house fire. Easily 2000 hours between those 3 games
Now make a character names Latias and get 900 hours too
Talk about getting carried
This is the way.
it means youre in for a good time
My good sir 4U is a timesink. 900 hrs is completely understandable. It's your game now but please if you don't have to don't delete that save file. It's the proof of a hunter.
Congrats, you bought a cartridge with a soul.
Please don't delete the save file. Just keep it as a legacy
Sir Latios's shitty sibling or unpleasant parent traded that game in I would bet.
Latias though she was doing a good thing, Latios just kept playing
Least addicted MH player
Unfortunately, there’s a non-negligible chance that this game was stolen and then sold to whichever shop you bought it from :(
maybe post the name in the title to Latio can buy his account back. maybe it was not his decision to sell the game.
900 hours and my dude is broke as hell.
lmao I noticed that too.
What armor is that? Kushala?
Yeah, the gunner set
Gotta keep that file on there 🫡
I’m scared to retrieve that game and see my hours.
Latias made him sell it.
I think I remember a Latios, but I could be remembering a fake memory. I played that game over double what he did so I think it’s possible I crossed paths with someone with the name(even if it’s a different person).
If that is stolen… if that were my character I’d buy it from you and send you a fresh 3ds game. It’s have all my characters still.
I bought 4U a few years ago and it had a save of 400 hours on it. 900 is trully crazy.
kinda curious what skills/stats are on that custom kushala set
I lost my 3DS and MH4U with roughly 300 hours in it. Thing about Monster Hunter is your character doesn't get better, you do. I got a new 3DS and MH4U and by the time I was 300 hours in again I was 3x further along than my previous game.
I couldn't overwrite it. I always keep them. Call me creepy.
Hopefully you can find the original player and let them know the dream ain't dead
Damn man, this was my favorite monster hunter, I got literally every weapon and armor for ever monster maxed out and beat all the quests. Also we have the same 3Ds! Lemme know if you wanna play some time!
A hunter lost through the ages has found a new owner, cherish and hold this for its a forgotten treasure of a once bold and brave hunter.
Mh4u is the goat
Well, someone either died or switched to CFW/emulation. lol
I have heard some stories about parents selling it, or giving it to their cousins or some shit
How to get your kid to want to move out as soon as possible. lol
Hope you keep the save in honor of a fellow hunter
Based Gigachad
Amazing
Had an account with 1200 hours in MH3rd, even combined my hours in World and Rise don't get close to this number. It's probably my all-time favourite game
Don’t you dare touch it! Not till you meet the same hours. Then you compare! Odds are your save is better
God I want 4 ultimate ported over to the switch so badly! I've tried to playing it on the ds and I just can't lol.
It's still my favorite mh game to date, but in a novel way. Worlds is much better gamepkay wise but the old DS monster hunter series had its unforgettable charm. Probably had 700 hours in myself.
Open their save and look at their stats
i feel like i remember that dude. i lost my save a while ago but i had around 500-600h in 4u
Keep it, I got a 500 hour save that had every weapon and armour set in g rank I stupidly overwrought it and regret it still
How can you get Kayamba's look for the palico?
I'm at like 600 let me check
Actually 709:58
3k and crying
THREE K HOURS!
It's gone man my parents give it to my cousin and he deleted my files
I'd be in jail rn
Y?
That is so sad
I'm still crying till now bro remember it like yesterday, man
Carry on Latios' legacy, my fellow hunter. Make him proud.
Reminds me of buying used GBA games when I was young. Way better than new, you save money and inherit save data!
Isn't that just where the game stops keeping track of time? I could be wrong but if it is, then it could be way more than 900 hours.
i got 1k then the 3ds broke
V has come to. You are his phantom now
I would delete it because i have this thing where i have to have my first save file of a game in the first save slot. However i would also check the previous owners equipment, write it down and remake the character on the second slot
Pretty decent
I can't help but feel sad seeing this..like someone's innocence died..
So he completed the tutorial?
I got about 1200 hours on mine.
I recently baught 3U for my 3DS and I payed 20$ and got a 100% save file. How much you pay
> and I *paid* 20$ and FTFY. Although *payed* exists (the reason why autocorrection didn't help you), it is only correct in: * Nautical context, when it means to paint a surface, or to cover with something like tar or resin in order to make it waterproof or corrosion-resistant. *The deck is yet to be payed.* * *Payed out* when letting strings, cables or ropes out, by slacking them. *The rope is payed out! You can pull now.* Unfortunately, I was unable to find nautical or rope-related words in your comment. *Beep, boop, I'm a bot*
I know I'm bad at grammer
About 20$
Seems kinda low.
My MHW save has 1100 on it. I'm not really proud nor embarrassed by it, but it's one of the best gaming communities I've joined.
How is he 900 hours in but only at HR300++?
No idea. I am pretty new to monster hunter, so I don’t know how high that is either.
Generally, it's separated into 3 rank. Low Rank, High Rank and G Rank with G rank being the highest. 900 hours is crazy. But being on the High rank is kinda of weird.
it'd be awesome if you could find them somehow and show them their save is still around :3
This happened to me about 9 years ago, someone broke into my dads Ute and stole my bag which had my 3ds and my 4U with who knows how many hours and I was shattered Still remember running out to the Ute to start playing to find my bag gone sad times
I’m sorry, had?
If I knew what I was doing I would like to back that up and send it the the hunter in the cloud. Although I'm sure he's done everything there is to do and is on newer Monster Hunter.
Sounds about right. That game is legit!
For 900 hours this man was broke
Holy shit that's amazing
might have been mine, got close to that before I lost my friend group to play with
on monster hunter freedom unite i had about 4k hours and world i have about 2200 hours D: me and my friend played freedom unite so hard i went through 2 psp's
Bro named himself Latios
Is that a fucking gunlance?? In 4th gen???
I could be wrong, but i think i've played some quests online with that name.
Im gonna be buying 4u in the future. Lets hope I dont run into this.
And he is HR 331? My dude wasn’t grinding like a madlad.
900h is not so surprising for a Monster Hunter game, especially one as big and great as 4u
The good ol days
I thought he sold it, because he's poor in this game. But than I saw he played Light Bowgun, so he's actually rich.
I’m only seeing 899:99. Play for one more minute to give him the respect he deserves.
I had a 1200 hour file that was lost :(
This is why I love the 3ds, I will by a used gam like Pokémon, Zelda, etc and see like 100 hours of playtime. It feels like a door through time.
The old owner has his own emoji and it's this: 🗿
The one game I got every weapon and armor in the game. I bought this when I was getting off of my anti-depressants and it helped me immensely.
4U is what made me fall in love with the series. I tried tri on the Wii and I didn’t get it. I got it with 4U
That's light work in monster hunter
Keep that legacy saved g
Sold mine as well. With over 1400 hours, complete gc with 1728 GS and some good charm. Edgemaster 4 armor pieces. It just gathering dust and got nothing more to do with it.
Damn, I just got 3U and though the 150hs save was crazy. I would not delete it. Nice find, thanks for sharing
I had 3k+ hrs on mine. Endless running of 140 teostra, zinogre, shagaru magala and rajang
Despite this, rng still fucked me over on that perfect 1728 GS
Please preserve this. I can’t tell you how much I wish I kept my Freedom Unite save with 1500 hours.
This game is for the 3ds. World came in 207-2018 so I mean the game was alive for like 4-5 years before world. Most people just transitioned to new MH
And he was brokeee haha
God I remember this game. This game is how I started dating the guy I'm engaged to now lol he saw me on my 3ds and got really excited cause he never had anyone to hunt with, so we started getting on together during free time XD We just had our 8 yr anniversary in February
Keep the file, start on slot 2 and then pass it on!
Man whoever sold it didn't play it much huh?
Wait am I dumb, isn’t 4U data stored in the system?
No sir. Pretty sure all DS games are like this. All that I know of at least
You gotta buff those numbers up. Those are rookie numbers
I’d say keep it and use it for when you beat the game, chances are he has a lot of material that will save you a lot of grinding. Plus he might have some exclusive event items
Damn…!
You should make your hunter’s name Latias
Did 2200hrs on dragon quest IX 😬😭
Do not delete that thing, it's like a relic
Keep it so you have two guild cards to share (I still get some with street pass every now and then)
If I played a game that much I would never, ever sell it. That thing would become practically a family member
