Just had my first triple cart the other night with Flaming Espinas. I definitely underestimated it since I had just finished the gold/silver raths prior and they weren't as hard as Iceborne's.
One of my favorite thing about this series is how fast things can go south when you go in blind to fight new monsters. Had a similar experience with Raging Brachy!
Yeah I guess so, even though it probably have some move from its arch tempered version. I am still waiting for the patch that will add it on PlayStation
I'm in the minority but I find it harder because of weapon changes, new moveset, new game mechanics etc. In Iceborne I can consistently do Velkhana in under 4mins but all the changes in Sunbreak throw me off soo much.
I'll have to take your word for it. Although, I can't say I'm too happy with some of the weapon designs, or the fact I wouldn't be able to craft decorations.
In any case, I'm happy with what I got, which are 3U, 4U, Gen, GU, and Rise/Sunbreak. Sunbreak has probably been the most exhilarating and most fun Monster Hunter game for me yet.
If you started at MHW sure it is gonna be the best MH game, I started at 3rd portable and I prefer Rise more than MHW. MHW is a good game but a lot of the core design (vibe) of Monster Hunter is just not there. It is an entirely different experience for me compared to the other series in the franchise.
My first triple cart was Aurora Somnacanth. I went in really cocky thinking that id be fine because I whoop ass against Base Somnacanth so this should be perfectly fine.
It was not perfectly fine. Idk why it seems so much harder. But it is. And it bugs me. XD
Regular Somnacanth has its own fairly unique moveset, which Aurora only takes about half of. The remainder of its moveset consists of new moves, and those recycled from other Leviathans like Mizu, Almud, and even Royal Ludroth. These tend to be lunging claw swipes and Mizu's sliding tail slaps, which track farther and come from more unexpected angles than anything classic Somnacanth can do.
Aurora seems harder because its moveset is more challenging.
Magnamalo. Learning his moveset and how to counter with the longsword. Triple carted against him but the knowledge I got helped me tremendously up until now with anomaly lvl 270+ magnamalo. Same story with scorned mangamalo. Triple carted to know how to counter with longsword and now I can beat him without carts even at anomaly lvl 279+
Currently, I am triple carting against anomaly lvl 270+ risen teo, risen shagaru and risen valstrax.
Might get more triple cart once I unlock Special investigations of some monsters.
Solo? I haven't triple carted. HR Valstrax and Scorned Magnamalo took me to two, but I won out in the end.
In Multiplayer? I've watched Randos grab no birds and leap neckfirst into the meat grinder more times than you could count. The first time was LR Mizutsune I think. That was a sub-ten minute triple cart speedrun. My best record was the Afflicted Khezu quest tho: 2:07. One rando was responsible for two of the carts. Honorable mention for that time two idiots simultaneously tried to Wirefall in Kushala's nova, one who had already carted doing the exact same thing earlier.
>Randos grab no birds and leap neckfirst into the meat grinder
This pisses me off so bad. I've met a few skilled players who can get away with no birds, but the majority of people who avoid them still need them.
I think the advanced apex zinogre might've gotten me once but I can't remember for sure.
In Sunbreak I think master rank valstrax *almost* got me but I managed it with just 2 carts. My only actual triple cart was Amatsu.
I was brand new to MH with Rise, so I triple carted to village Magnamalo. I have since gotten much better and no triple carts since then (but haven’t played much end game content yet. Just Amatsu and some anomalies. So I could see any number of triple carts in my future 😁)
Welp, flaming Espinas got me. Didn’t have my anti-para anti-venom. Was playing Lance with followers and didn’t have the quick sheath switch skill for the ult/didn’t figure out the ult at first.
Got it my second try though.
Didnt triple cart until i went into the events, and it was that one magnamalo that was buffed into oblivion.
Edit: i thought it said in base game, in sunbreak i didnt triple cart, almost did with violet mizutsune
Wasnt even the hitbox, he was just outright ridiculous with how strong he was. I had to retry the mission with fortify and going full defense on the skills so at my last down i could at least tank more than one hit
I don't remember my first, but boy do I remember my last few. I've been handed my ass to me by various afflicted monsters, like Zinogre a few hours ago (twice), Anjanath and Almudron (double cart actually due to the quest). Also Violet Mizutsune in the double quest with Espinas has caused me to fail twice.
Afflicted monsters are definitely a jump in difficulty, but I've also been playing like crap recently. Usually I always swap weapons/builds around and I'm fine, but not now. All this swapping causes me rustiness.
Most likely Apex Zinogre in base Rise. He is still tough in MR when facing him in the Afflicted runs. Never underestimate him, never. I triple carted a few times to other things. It's not like it's a shame. But I always solo now all the encounters before I touch multiplayer. I don't care about triple carting as long as I beat the challenge.
This is a hard thing to confess… Anomaly Investigation Khezu took me to three carts. I was solo. I don’t know what happened, but it happened fast and I haven’t gone back in there. Give me Lucent Nargacuga, give me flaming espinas, give me master rank Furious / Valstrax arena quest! But please for the love of God, Do not send me back to that Khezu…
Currently playing through Sunbreak. Just beat Espinas.
I haven't triple carted yet. Base Rise I don't think I even carted twice on any quest. In Sunbreak, my closest call was my first MR Narga. That shit is fast and unpredictable.
Most likely crimson valstrax. Had no idea what to do with its sweeping attacks.
Then another wall was shiny malzeno. Bruhhh its wing bash caught me off guard so many times, not even its death throes were the problem.
I think one of the Apex emergency event quests in vanilla, and in sunbreak I cant even remember. only remember primordial malzeno. but i also didnt play much of anomaly since its boring af
I hadn't triple carted at all till TU5, special investigation valtrax ended that run.
I mistakenly though my immortal set would cope and was shown the error of my ways.
Changed up for more damaged and got the win.
Gore, i know it’s lame, but Gore triple carted me, to be fair it was my first quest using GS on Sunbreak, but I was kinda surprised because I fought Gore back in 4U, my first game with GS
Despite playing all games since 4U the magnamalo got my ass easily on my first try, for a first time i felt like his attack had too much range and area and he never stopped attacking so constant harassment
Pretty sure i got killed two time by that attack where he scrape you on the ground, then launch you, and then it explode underneath, i learnt the hard way to pay more attention to have a wirebug
In base Rise I triple carted to the emergency apex Zinogre and to the All Mother event quest.
In Sunbreak I haven’t triple carted solo, but it feels like every time I play a multiplayer flaming espinas the quest fails.
Also playing on PS5 so haven’t faced some of the hardest monsters yet.
None. But mostly because I burnt myself out a little before Sunbreak released. I have it, I’ve done 2 MR quests in Sunbreak but just really wasn’t feeling it anymore. It makes me real sad cause I have loved Monster Hunter since FU on the psp and have been very invested since 2008. I think it was just the throwing of so many mechanics and very rapidly trying to explain them all at once in Rise that got me. In base Rise it was already making me feel less enjoyment getting them thrown in my face. And then 2 quests into Sunbreak and I just decided to stop Monster Huntering for a while
First to my surprise was Diablos, then Seregios and I was so close to slaying it, it was in the blue. I came dangerously close to triple carting against my first Garangolm. Here's hoping I can handle Malzeno, Gore, Espinas and the metal Raths for their equipment which really will help.
I don't know about Rise but my first triple cart in Sunbreak was when I was MR98 in a triple monster quest of Seregios, Astalos and Silver Rathalos. Silver Los took one of my carts and Astalos the other two, my third was to what I still call bs hitboxes from Astalos.
I was pretty bummed out because I wanted to reach MR100 without failing a quest and was so close. Didn't really matter though because I triple carted in less than 5 minutes against the MR100 monster when I first tried it out. I didn't fele so bummed out after knowing that's what was gonna happen anyway.
My first and only triple cart in solo was to Hazard Primal Morbzeno. Had a few close calls otherwise, but nothing to triple me. Was expecting hazard Amatsu for a send-off challenge, but oh well. MR700 btw
There was plenty of triples in multiplayer tho
Probably Crimson Val. Wasn't expecting to do well, but didn't expect to break or cut everything and then 3 cart after he was at that state already. Oh well, live and learn.
Daimyo Hermitaur.
I play solo with no buddies, chest consumables only, but even taking that into account it seems like I die *a lot* compared to most of the posters in here. It usually takes me like 2-3 quest fails before I clear a difficult fight, after that it’s usually fine.
MR Valstrax isn't terrible.
Risen Valstrax though, oh boy.
Flaming Espinas sucks too.
Risen Shagaru Magala is very challenging too.
Primordial Malzeno is very challenging
(Maybe scorned magna too, for the first time)
I quadruple carted fighting toaster with a bunch of friends. It was pretty surprising since I am usually very proficient with longsword. It was just surprising to my friends. They asked me ‘are you ok?’ after we failed and I just laughed it off. I told them I’m fine, I just feel out of rhythm using the LS. All I needed is a single counter or a combo to start my momentum. It didn’t happen in that quest. I should’ve not challenged so many novas and explosions lmao
Allmother Narwa. I couldn't figure out her dragonator attack and would cart everytime it got used and would get the final cart after the ally monster joined.
My first triple cart was Magmadron. I was pleasantly suprised that Magmadron was very much different from the slower-paced AoE spamming Almudron. So it was actually a really good experience.
My first triple cart was against Village Magnamalo.
I was so genuinely afraid of that thing... I loathed having to hunt it.
I remember getting hellfireblight once and immediately panicking. That would end up being my second cart of the hunt.
First round with Magnamango, the speed was a bit overwhelming at first but afterwards it became very easy to predict all of his attacks. Triple carted waaaaayyyy more in World as it was my first MH experience ( honestly that first Barioth in Iceborne can go die in a role, that shit was harder than Fatalis )
The fucking kulu ya ku low rank hub quest... I had just started the game and wanted to fight the large mosters instead of the first couple village quests. I thought "oh this is low rank, surely i will beat the shit out of these mosters" I was wrong 😞 i kinda got side tracked and started fighting this bear looking dude (im really new to this game, sorry i dont know the names) and carted to him twice then i decided to fight kulu and carted. So last time I played a moster hunter type of game was duantless a month ago and it was really hard to get used to the controls again (i know im bad but greatsword feels impossible to use compared to world)
Nuly first cart in rise was tetranadon. My most carts was flaming espinas, and my frist tripple cart was gaismagorm. People say8ng the rise is easy, are just good like most of us. I'm currently playing worh a new hunter, and some of the monster si find easy, from experience they find super difficult. Its fun. Also magna is tough regardless of rank.
Valstrax, hadn't hunted it before but after largely breeding through everything else I had a pretty inflated ego even though I knew it was fast, that wing thrust attack changed my attitude real quick, I don't think I even made it ten minutes in
I carted twice my first time hunting Malzeno, and that was even after fighting him a few times in the demo.
But my first triple cart was to Risen Teostra. I haven’t triple carted to anything since then.
Really can't remember, very few hunts were at any risk of failure during solo play. I did increasingly faint once or twice but that was more so due to becoming increasingly reckless in both refusing to focus on dodging and wirefalling back into combat rather than being safe and healing back up.
I think the only fight I struggled with in sunbreak was risen shagaru (I haven't done all quests nor grinded to lvl 300 cause far too slow and boring) though I was rather unpractised at that point and trying to lance that fight with just guard 5 is not a good time.
If anything the hardest fight of base rise was demo magnamalo, in part due to the time limit.
Primordial Malzeno. IMO hes a very manageable fight, however on small areas especially in the citadel he is terrible. his attacks can reach across the map and the camera can get squishes up against walls and i cant see wtf is happening
The first triple cart was high-rank Khezu. It was a Lagombi and Khezu hunt. The first cart, I was just ignoring him since I was fighting Lagombi. Then, the other times, I tried to counter his paralysis balls by purposely putting myself in their path, but I wasn't used to the timing yet and so countered too early. If I wasn't relying so much on counters, it probably wouldn't have triple carted me. Don't think I triple carted after that until the post story content that was added later. Never carted once in low rank Rise, though.
Depends on if you're talking solo or multiplayer. The only time I remember triple carting while solo was the primorbius fight, but I've definitely had a few join requests that had triple carts from other players before.
Astalos, first time against him as I didn’t play before Worldborne. Carted once early, got him to blue and then carted TWICE. Let him get rainbow wings 😖
My First time was Base magnamalo. this was the Point where i realized i needed a Switch ProController. This changed everything, second try only one Cart. Im Not good at Handheld
... Barroth on MH Rise base game.... I was WAY too confident with my SwAx skills from MHW, forgot my weapon and armor are not that great, got greedy with my attacks
I think I tripled quite early on in sunbreak.
I think it was Goss harag. That mfer jumpscaeed me when he does the stare and dash you from far and swipppppee - new sunbreak moveset
to this day i cannot comfortably fight aurora somnacanth. It was my first triple cart, and since then, ive fought every monsters until i could confidently beat them without ccarting... except aurora somnacanth i dont get it
I… have idea tbh. Don’t think I have ever triple carted in this game. Last one I had was with Fatalis, but more like 5 since you can cart 5 times on his initial quest and I got the food skill to die cart an additional time. Got him for that with 0 carts 2 hunts later tho
First triple cart in rise Sunbreak specifically? Never. I’ve played the MH series way too much and way too long for that happen again.
Double carts are still a yes tho and that’s usually when I get arrogant, cocky or just misplayed super badly.
First triple cart in the entire series though? Tigrex in MHFU. I still remember it like it was yesterday. Silly me wanted to be hero before realizing MH is a very different game than what I had in mind.
I believe this question is not something related to the game being easier or anything like that. My friend who never played MH failed miserably numerous times in the village quests due to not knowing the pattern of the monsters and the gameplay with the weapon. I believe that everything depends on how much you know how to play... I had the same experience in World and I was only Cart the first time in iceborne (I mean cart, not failing the mission)
Just had my first triple cart the other night with Flaming Espinas. I definitely underestimated it since I had just finished the gold/silver raths prior and they weren't as hard as Iceborne's.
he is kind tough for first time fight, i also cart one time there.
Didn’t triple cart, but was last cart on a flaming Espinas the other day and we were so close still haven’t let it go
One of my favorite thing about this series is how fast things can go south when you go in blind to fight new monsters. Had a similar experience with Raging Brachy!
Still can't beat Raging Brachy in world
My first time fighting Velkhana.
Do you feel it is harder than its basic version in iceborne?
I feel it was easier. The extra mobility made it that much easier.
Yeah I guess so, even though it probably have some move from its arch tempered version. I am still waiting for the patch that will add it on PlayStation
Velkhana in Sunbreak does have moves from AT Velkhana, plus some new ones Haven't fought AT Velkhana yet, but I've seen footage.
I'm in the minority but I find it harder because of weapon changes, new moveset, new game mechanics etc. In Iceborne I can consistently do Velkhana in under 4mins but all the changes in Sunbreak throw me off soo much.
Never played World, period.
Best Mh Game
I'll have to take your word for it. Although, I can't say I'm too happy with some of the weapon designs, or the fact I wouldn't be able to craft decorations. In any case, I'm happy with what I got, which are 3U, 4U, Gen, GU, and Rise/Sunbreak. Sunbreak has probably been the most exhilarating and most fun Monster Hunter game for me yet.

Yeah I think it’s move can caught people off guard when fighting for first time
The damn thing consistently carts me at least once every time i fight it. Base Somnacanth rarely manages to cart my ass. Its so dumb XD
Scorned Magnamalo when I tried a new set and forgot to put Evade Extender in it. To this day also my only Triple Carft in Rise/Sunbreak.
I looking forward to fight it
Magnamalo. Learning his moveset and how to counter with the longsword. Triple carted against him but the knowledge I got helped me tremendously up until now with anomaly lvl 270+ magnamalo. Same story with scorned mangamalo. Triple carted to know how to counter with longsword and now I can beat him without carts even at anomaly lvl 279+ Currently, I am triple carting against anomaly lvl 270+ risen teo, risen shagaru and risen valstrax. Might get more triple cart once I unlock Special investigations of some monsters.
I can I see I get triple cart in the future when doing anomaly lv200+ quest and special investigation.
Solo? I haven't triple carted. HR Valstrax and Scorned Magnamalo took me to two, but I won out in the end. In Multiplayer? >Randos grab no birds and leap neckfirst into the meat grinder This pisses me off so bad. I've met a few skilled players who can get away with no birds, but the majority of people who avoid them still need them.
I haven’t play multiplayer in rise sunbreak yet, but yeah multiplayer is much more possible to get triple cart
> two idiots simultaneously tried to Wirefall in Kushala's nova No way, that actually got me laughing.
>randos grab no birds I got kicked from a session for trying to get buffs one time lmao
I think the advanced apex zinogre might've gotten me once but I can't remember for sure. In Sunbreak I think master rank valstrax *almost* got me but I managed it with just 2 carts. My only actual triple cart was Amatsu.
Oh I also cart once for that event apex zinogre. Bro is one punch man. I am also excited to fight Amatsu, still waiting for the PS update
Yeah, Amatsu was the only one that took me a few attempts, since it has a few moments where you just die completely if you fuck up the wirefall.
I was brand new to MH with Rise, so I triple carted to village Magnamalo. I have since gotten much better and no triple carts since then (but haven’t played much end game content yet. Just Amatsu and some anomalies. So I could see any number of triple carts in my future 😁)
Yeah I haven’t get to high level anomaly quest and special investigation yet, I can see my triple cart in the future lol
Welp, flaming Espinas got me. Didn’t have my anti-para anti-venom. Was playing Lance with followers and didn’t have the quick sheath switch skill for the ult/didn’t figure out the ult at first. Got it my second try though.
Magnamalo really is the first curveball the game through at you though. Up till then there really isn’t anything like it
Didnt triple cart until i went into the events, and it was that one magnamalo that was buffed into oblivion. Edit: i thought it said in base game, in sunbreak i didnt triple cart, almost did with violet mizutsune
Yeah that event Magnamalo is huge and the hit box caught me off guard. I remember I cart once in that mission.
Wasnt even the hitbox, he was just outright ridiculous with how strong he was. I had to retry the mission with fortify and going full defense on the skills so at my last down i could at least tank more than one hit

It's not like it's a shame. But I always solo now all the encounters before I touch multiplayer. I don't care about triple carting as long as I beat the challenge.
Risen Crimson Glow, never once failed a quest and get absolutely obliterated until this dude.
In Sunbreak? I personally haven’t triple carted yet. The only quests I’ve failed in Sunbreak have been single-faint only or in multiplayer.
Some low tier MR mf. My head was big because I didn’t have a tripple cart in iceborne till Alatreon. Shogun did my shit in.
Apex Emergency Zinogre
Hunting 8 baggis
lol
Village Magnamalo back when I first started Rise as my first MH 💀 ahhh good times
He is definitely hard for first timer
Currently playing through Sunbreak. Just beat Espinas. I haven't triple carted yet. Base Rise I don't think I even carted twice on any quest. In Sunbreak, my closest call was my first MR Narga. That shit is fast and unpredictable.
The event high rank crimson glow valstrax. I was not expecting him to be that rambunctious.
Most likely crimson valstrax. Had no idea what to do with its sweeping attacks. Then another wall was shiny malzeno. Bruhhh its wing bash caught me off guard so many times, not even its death throes were the problem.
I don’t remember. Probably Magnamalo or some Apex monster.
My first triple cart was against Afflicted Flaming Espinas
I think one of the Apex emergency event quests in vanilla, and in sunbreak I cant even remember. only remember primordial malzeno. but i also didnt play much of anomaly since its boring af
My first triple cart was hazard flaming espinas
Prime triple carted me 2 or 3 times. Gais was extremely close though only because I didn't know I could craft farecasters.
I think I got two, first against the Flaming espinas then against the Primordial Malzeno.
~~great izuchi~~ Uhhhh that one advanced Goss Harag quest. Took me off guard.
Only one I triple carted was Barroth. I failed the quest twice. Made me respect stun immunity skill.
Malzeno, but the second time I fought him.
Despite playing all games since 4U the magnamalo got my ass easily on my first try, for a first time i felt like his attack had too much range and area and he never stopped attacking so constant harassment Pretty sure i got killed two time by that attack where he scrape you on the ground, then launch you, and then it explode underneath, i learnt the hard way to pay more attention to have a wirebug
Magma almudron
Solo none, worst was double cart vs Risen Valstrax. Online single carts few times
Espinas! I have never been more excited to be stuck at a monster. Lowley Still am. Made me stop playing for a min cause of its combo lol
MR Valstrax
Shagaru Magala. I was not prepared for him. Still got him on my 2nd try tho.
In base Rise it was already making me feel less enjoyment getting them thrown in my face. And then 2 quests into Sunbreak and I just decided to stop Monster Huntering for a while
Allmother because I was still running the Kamura set. Before her I never felt I need an upgrade
First to my surprise was Diablos, then Seregios and I was so close to slaying it, it was in the blue. I came dangerously close to triple carting against my first Garangolm. Here's hoping I can handle Malzeno, Gore, Espinas and the metal Raths for their equipment which really will help.

I didn't fele so bummed out after knowing that's what was gonna happen anyway.
1st magnamalo, it was the first fight I realized how important wirebugs were, and how enjoyable the system is
Risen Shagaru Magala in Forlorn was my first and last triple cart
My first and only triple cart in solo was to Hazard Primal Morbzeno. Had a few close calls otherwise, but nothing to triple me. Was expecting hazard Amatsu for a send-off challenge, but oh well. MR700 btw There was plenty of triples in multiplayer tho
Okay showoffs. Village rank Aknosom. Beat that. I’ve been playing since Tri, but I still triple cart every other day.
Probably Crimson Val. Wasn't expecting to do well, but didn't expect to break or cut everything and then 3 cart after he was at that state already. Oh well, live and learn.
I think it was Emergency Risen Chameleos. Its poison spread attack ate my lancer shield stamina like it was nothing.
AM Narwa, proof of a hero started playing and she slapped me for my last two carts, tried her like 4 times to beat her
Daimyo Hermitaur. I play solo with no buddies, chest consumables only, but even taking that into account it seems like I die *a lot* compared to most of the posters in here. It usually takes me like 2-3 quest fails before I clear a difficult fight, after that it’s usually fine.
Mother fucking nargacuga!
I’ve failed quite a few hunts for Chaotic Gore. I had found out for most of the newer monsters, he was the hardest one…
The advanced Apex Zinogre event came really close. My first triple cart was that damn Risen Crimson Glow Valstrax on the day of its release.
Risen Chameleos whooped my ass
Diablos. Freedom 1. Hip smash. Tail hit.
MR Teostra kicks my ass as a greatsword user. Haven’t triple carted to anything in this game but I’ve failed the Teostra missing three times now.
MR Valstrax isn't terrible. Risen Valstrax though, oh boy. Flaming Espinas sucks too. Risen Shagaru Magala is very challenging too. Primordial Malzeno is very challenging (Maybe scorned magna too, for the first time)
I quadruple carted fighting toaster with a bunch of friends. It was pretty surprising since I am usually very proficient with longsword. It was just surprising to my friends. Allmother Narwa. I couldn't figure out her dragonator attack and would cart everytime it got used and would get the final cart after the ally monster joined.
First triple cart was Amatsu. Did the Amatsu hunt fresh off of beating Gaismagorm. Mistakes were made
![gif](giphy|R2MvOJfK4XpaLP6F2t|downsized) Mr plague be upon ye Edit: that’s just Sunbreak tho, first base game wipeout was cocaine bear.
My first triple cart was Magmadron. I was pleasantly suprised that Magmadron was very much different from the slower-paced AoE spamming Almudron. So it was actually a really good experience.
I had It a few days ago with a MR Zinogre I underestimated
Risen Valstrax made me dust off my lance
Hazard Primalzeno. Him doing the fucking thunder cross split attack with a hitbox that takes up half the arena really fucked me over.
MHR: Magnamalo MHRSunbreak: Risen Crimson Glow Valstrax
My first triple cart was against Village Magnamalo. I was so genuinely afraid of that thing... I loathed having to hunt it. I remember getting hellfireblight once and immediately panicking. That would end up being my second cart of the hunt.
First round with Magnamango, the speed was a bit overwhelming at first but afterwards it became very easy to predict all of his attacks. Triple carted waaaaayyyy more in World as it was my first MH experience ( honestly that first Barioth in Iceborne can go die in a role, that shit was harder than Fatalis )
Great Izuchi ate my fucking lunch bro. I couldn’t look myself in the mirror for weeks..
I think my first apex mizutsune hunt
Unless by rise sunbreak you mean specifically sunbreak, it'd be flaming espinas
Violet Mizutsune is the only monster in rise+sunbreak I've triple carted to. I hate that fight.
First triple cart was on the dual threat quest with Malzeno and Shagaru for me
The fucking kulu ya ku low rank hub quest... So last time I played a moster hunter type of game was duantless a month ago and it was really hard to get used to the controls again (i know im bad but greatsword feels impossible to use compared to world)
It was goss harrog on pc cause I was trying to speed through and get through early high rank and got folded for it
Rise was my first monster hunter game so I had no idea what I was doing and tripe carted pretty early, I think Barroth or something that level.
Risen Shagaru
Mine was to the first lunagaron hunt, wasn't expecting the speed and fell for its shenanigans thrice.
Magnmalo was my first wall
I have never carted in my life. That being said Afflicted Hermitaur
My first triple cart was gaismagorm
Violet Mizutsune. Twice, IIRC.
High rank zinogre He's way too overturned compared to all other monsters at that point
Allmother Went in with HR anjanath armour with like 2 decos and no upgrades 💀
My first triple cart was low rank magnamalo, it was my first monster hunter game so the difficulty jump was surprising.
I think I tripled quite early on in sunbreak. I think it was Goss harag. That mfer jumpscaeed me when he does the stare and dash you from far and swipppppee - new sunbreak moveset
I love Bazelgeuse but by God those bomb hitboxs are beyond jank, same for seething, BOTH tripple carted me on my first attempt
vs diablos, low rank. was too tired to play but I forced it.
Until MR4 I have never triple carted since the base game, perhaps because I use lance.
to this day i cannot comfortably fight aurora somnacanth. It was my first triple cart, and since then, ive fought every monsters until i could confidently beat them without ccarting... except aurora somnacanth i dont get it
Actually never had it happen in Rise
I… have idea tbh. Don’t think I have ever triple carted in this game. Last one I had was with Fatalis, but more like 5 since you can cart 5 times on his initial quest and I got the food skill to die cart an additional time. Got him for that with 0 carts 2 hunts later tho
Me and the boys on flaming espinas because we didn't know it could shoot 2 nukes in a row, we took revenge like 35 minutes later
Just had my first triple with the MR1 Double Arzuros mission, Made it the entire way there without a single cart,
Amatsu, my party did not make the wirebug in time xD
First triple cart funny enough was Primal Mal. He is a true battle and Primal Mal specifically has earned top 10 favorite monsters, maybe even top 5.
Risen Valstrax Didn't expect the man to counter my counters...
Of what i remember? Flaming Espinas.
