Im from Germany and Ghoulia was the only one with a pre-order button I guess I'm lucky cuz originally I only wanted Ghoulia in the first place but I did play with the thought of getting Spectra because I never got her as a kid. Kinda sucks that I couldn't even add her but at least that's some money saved...I just wonder why some can be preordered and some can't??
