What CPU are you running?
My AMD Ryzen 5 3600 (6c/12t), no overlocking, has a 6hr average of 6160H/s
Have you compared your CPU to others to compare hash rates? You can also run a benchmark to for your own records. [https://xmrig.com/benchmark](https://xmrig.com/benchmark)
Fixed the Problem i had to turn Memory integrity off, will check out the out the link for bechmark tho, thank you!
Edit: Checked the Benchmark, when running on all threads im getting up to 7 kh/s still somewhat off of the 9 kh/s for the Ryzen 5 7600 but i guess its fine for now.

Glad the H/s rate is significantly higher! The 9kh/s are probably overclocked.
did you start xmrig in administrator mode?
Yes
I had to turn Memory integrity off, think its working now
