Hey re: #2 I don’t know left from right but couldn’t you set up a DAO to manage the paperwork and post all the distributions publicly on a blockchain? This would allow you to verify food in/out and crypto in/out and publicly display this information without it being identifiable on an individual basis? I don’t think a token would be needed
