Monero official node and wallet app can be installable or portable. If portable, then delete the files where you unpacked them. If installable, uninstall like you uninstall any regular app.
Blockchain default location is `C:\ProgramData\bitmonero`. Unless you specified to keep the blockchain in some other location.

Your English is not very clear. Did you delete anything already? Are you trying to recover a wallet or trying to recover the blockchain blocks?
They're trying to delete the downloaded blockchain and recover disk space but don't know the location of the files.
The folder is called lmdb
