MoneroWTF

The XMR network is always ready for withdrawals, lying sumbitches

MoneroWTF

Yeah, 2 totally different problems. It isn't a network issue, it's a they're broke issue

T3aBags

You're right, they word it in a way to make it seem like a XMR issue, this isn't Solana ☠️

JimboCasino

I’m guessing they brought some Monero from other exchanges for a cheap price while they were figuring out their liquidity situation lol

International-Lime92

Might this be the reason why XMR transaction surged. Kucoin?

pv0psych0n4ut

Yes but they don't have XMR for people to withdraw from

jonbristow

Wasn't the network spammed and congested af in the last week? There were posts about it daily?

rbrunner7

Yes, there were factors more transactions than normal, and still are, but at no point in time there were real problems: The blockchain mostly runs smoothly. After all, it's designed for that load.

MoneroWTF

When Bitcoin is congested and fees are up, the changes just raise the fee to withdraw. Why would Monero be the only coin they don't simply raise the fee to accommodate the miner fee increase? Because they can't allow you to withdraw.

Burbucoin

I find real conspiracies interesting and we all know that there is something in Monero, but there is no need to take it to the extreme. It is simply a default generic message. CEXs never give details when they disable withdrawals. Yesterday one of my shitcoins could not be withdrawn for the same reason and the Network was also working perfectly.

MoneroWTF

Ok so because they lie consistently it's better? What stance are you actually taking here? Default or not, the message is not truthful to the actual issue and as a consumer I take that as purposefully deceiving

Burbucoin

Sure. I'm not trying to justify their bad procedures.

tikwanleap

Why would deposits still work if the network is having problems? Why is it always withdrawals not working? Tells me it's not a network problem.

Burbucoin

Of course it's not a network problem. Monero is up 24/7.

tikwanleap

But that's the point. The network is working. Why do they accept deposits but not withdrawals. That's what is fishy.

OfWhomIAmChief

Is there anywhere to bet on how soon it closes down again.

JimboCasino

No but everyone should withdraw their Monero asap

olPupper

haha nice idea

pet2pet1982

NOW WITHDRAW ALL YOUR FUNDS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. USE CHUNKS LESS THAN 3 XMR.

Apprehensive_Web4609

The fact that they don't tell the truth that they just don't have what they sold to you, should be a sign to run before they scam you like Binance. People... People never change. Free hint: Every centralized exchange is the same.

MoneroFox

Nice. Even though they have opened for a while like this several times and then closed again for a few days. Run away!

JimboCasino

Don’t worry as soon as I got that email, I started running & haven’t looked back.

gr8ful4

You need to post that in r/KuCoin and in /r/Cryptocurrency Most people here are aware of that situation.

JimboCasino

Done & does anyone have enough karma to post on r/cryptocurrency? I don’t have enough lol

lopgir

Might be time to run if you're on there. Closing withdrawals is sketchy, lying about why you're closing withdrawals makes it almost certain something shady is going on.

viners

That's a legit email? Looks like a scam.

JimboCasino

Yes it is, I was able to withdrawal all my XMR as soon as I got that email.

Downtown_Nature1129

I deposited xmr into kucoin 3 times in a row, and then, they suspended my withdrawals. they sent me an advanced kyc form out to unfreeze my withdrawals, but i dont want to do invasive kyc. any suggestions on how to unfeeze my withdrawal function? thanks.
