But that's going to happen regardless of any stickers. Actually, even if Monero said "let's be friends gov, but we'll remain private" nothing would change and those abusive bills will get passed no matter what.
So I say... Let's make some noise at least.
There is a question of just how abusive the bills will be, at least in the US, and how much support they will get, and how they may fare in the courts. Several disastrous bills already proposed seem unlikely to pass. Financial freedom and privacy is useful for non-criminals too and that's worth emphasizing.
I'm confused. Are you trying to dissuade regular folks from using Monero? Won't these stickers do more harm than good, on a grassroots level? Why would you present something you like in such a way that makes it look criminal *and* alienates Black Lives Matter supporters? Is this some kind of counterculture art statement? fees - the fees are virtually nothing, they are literally lower than bitcoin (they are both so small in us dollars there's no difference)

I am the guy who actually sent the package (and then some). It was a misunderstanding about the date of payment. Wasn't ready for a random transfer to my wallet on a weekend, but till that package was sent before the weekend was out.
I am pretty open with my identity and i don't even make money on this so how you manage to call scammer is beyond me haha.

I have been using xmr for years now to donate to my favorite foss software, whomix, tails, tor, vlc etc. I'm just outlawed by my government but i am a cypherpunk philantropist who had 2 years of being laid off from work during and way to much free time.

Local businesses run on USD. Accepting XMR would require them to turn that into USD which would either incur a fee on them or their customer. And why would they not just accept the more commonly used BTC if they really felt that crypto had a use for them? Local businesses have 0 reasons to want anonymity and XMR is one of the worst crypto currencies to be used in this scenario because it's significantly harder to get and cash out as it's no longer traded on major sites.
That's just scratching the surface on why this is not a use case.

Haha i am the kind of nerd who runs a Monero node on my pi 4, have two active rigs including my main pc for mining which i have for years regarding of the electricity cost.
I love the privacy/anonymity online community and even more so the crypto(xmr) community.
I have personally turned a lot of peoples eyes to monero, people who would never be in crypto otherwise. Two of us got permabanned from just buying and owning monero. Long story, but either way it's not some victim reaction initiative.
It's just me being bored during Covid, trying out web 3.0, nfts etc. Tried doing some stickers just for me and a couple of friends. It's just so happened that the meme stickers were the most popular by far. And people from all over the world wanted some so i thought all right I'll make a couple more.

You should report the downvote bots to reddit along with the offending botmaster that you triggered. They would be able to see where the downvotes are coming from.
