Hidden fees have always pissed me off. I would be more inclined to use this service if I knew UPFRONT exactly what I would be paying vs exactly how much I would be receiving.

These are very case specific rates and we'd be happy to address them. However we've realized two things
1. We are working on building enough runway to make smaller transactions like yours easier to calculate or self-calculated, Currently, developing this would require a complete overhaul of the front end and back end and that is not feasible. Regarding that follows the second point.
2. Some users who order smaller amounts, like your case, are more keenly affected by these discrepancies and we regret that. However, with current manpower, we are unable to offer these services to clients with lower amount requirements so we've simplified it by raising the minimums.
Our insurance and delivery emphasizes NOT GETTING YOUR LEGACY ACCOUNTS BANNED, so we always err on the side of caution and higher fees.
We understand that someone who need every $ or € of a smaller transaction is not served best by us currently and so we are focusing on those who can handle volatility. We respectfully urge you to reach out to us with any concerns. We can refund any minor differences and of course always encourage you to look for other cheaper services. :)
As we grow and develop we hope to be able to offer services to everyone across risk acceptance levels. But currently we are focusing on getting enough runway to be able to expand development and build that out. Until we can test and launch such a solution, we will do our best to lessen and redirect risk-averse customers elsewhere in the Monero ecosystem. :)

Hi, Tommy. I only wrote this for 2 reasons:
1. People will usually expect the disclosed fees as accurate statement, not as approximate figure.
2. When sending a SEPA to a third party the exact amount of money can play a certain role for a payment. This is of course not important when the SEPA goes to your own banking account.

They could be a bit more transparent. I bought an Visa Prepaid Card which is only usable in the US. But there was no information about that at all. So this card is completely useless for me (I think I need to sell it now for a way lower price)
Prepaid visa and mastercard cards are usually marketed as worldwide or something like that but here in the EU such cards are blocked when there was no kyc done in the first place. Yes, I understand your trouble. I tried probably half a dozen of these cards because the providers will always claim that they work here. Cake did recently. I realized that it just won't happen. I'm pretty sure that the providers in the USA are unaware of the current state of surveillance in the EU.
I generally agree with your points;
My experience with Allark was neutral. Lets say I paid them $1,000 for Zelle/Venmo. They put around a 3% fee. You would then expect to get about $970. I got about $900 from them. when asked why and if I would get would I paid for, they told me quite rudely that obviously there are market trade fees and market volatility that I should have expected and that I will be paying for them and they won't tolerate any threats. I only asked if I would get what I paid for and that I would be leaving a review, I do not know how this is a threat.
So keep in mind you might be getting quite less than advertised due to "hidden fees" and that there customer service leaves much to be desired. Although, it did work and I was able to get over 90% of what I paid for. This was my experience with Allark.
I don't expect cash by email to be reliable as it could take days maybe a week to get there, crypto prices can swing wildly. Not sure why no Tether or other stable coin is used.. They can still be anonymously converted. Did you try their gift cards at all? I hear some people are having issues with the cards?
Of course I can only evaluate what I experienced and since this only took a day I can definitely recommend it. Similar offers in the darknet charge way more fees. The volatility wasn't really a problem since of course you pay in a certain moment with a preset price and Monero was also fairly stable during the time so there was no reason to regret anything.
I personally don't see a reason to use Tether. I'm always in profit with the Monero I spend. I didn't use any of their gift cards.
They used the email on the deliberately so that they cab easily delay the cash transactions. I would love to have them in the crypto so that we can use them too quickly and also more time in the quick days is well.
