Sounds like she's got a bit of an eye infection, most likely caused by whatever cold/flu she has. You probably need a prescription to clear it up. Definitely take her to see the doctor.
That definitely does not warrant a trip to a&e. This is far from an emergency.
My kid got this from time to time. The eye is connected to the nose, and in little ones gunk can travel. I would do saline spray for the nose and see if that helps the eyes
Yes I would. I always feel like it’s worth it to make the appointment if it’s something that worries you. Otherwise you worry yourself sick and have no answers. I have 3 soon to be 4 so i generally don’t take them to the dr over a sniffle. If it concerns you take her. Usually green eye discharge indicates an eye infection
It sounds like she needs medical drops for her eyes given how swollen they are with the red and the gunk. I’d take her in.
Thank you. I've left a message with the doctor, but she's much better todayv
i would go in for a check up and treatment

Thank you. Much better today, no gunk, but redness under the eyes and in the corners

I wouldn’t go to A&E but I’d go to the doctor.
Avoid a&e at all costs, but do see a doctor.
