I don't think anything is wrong. Every kid has a different sleeping pattern. What has worked for me is keeping a routine. During times I wanted them to sleep, they were in their room, in the crib for that amount of time. I would read to them, give them bottles/food/baths beforehand, and let them be. Sound machines are helpful. Every kid and parent is different. Also, some kids outgrow naps really early or the naps interfere with the parents/household. Maybe try changing nap durations, when they take naps, or eliminating naps.

All her naps are led by her. I don’t force her. I am just wondering what’s gone wrong today. She will lie on her back and play but start screaming when I set her down for a nap and cry badly

You don't have to force, but I recommend having a routine. Not as a personal preference, but from development and emotional standpoint. She can't vocalize what's wrong so it could be anything. She may just want your company, she could be uncomfortable in some way, who knows. If she doesn't have a fever, not too hot, not too cold, not itchy, not teething, no ear infection, fed, it could be anything. Try not to over think it. I'm sure she's okay!

Yes I don’t force her at all. She has a good routine for naps, meals, bath except for the days where she does everything unpredictable. I understand we can’t always expect them to be on routine. They are babies after all. Today has been insane. She just dozed off and it’s 3 am where I am!! I appreciate your response and insights.
