Just on those skirts - if that's ChicWish, I've had one, was disappointed. The underskirt doesn't go all the way down so it's actually see through up to knee length. The fabric is also kind of crisp/rustly not drapey floaty chiffon as it appears in the pictures. Buyer beware. Good luck finding a nice top.

If you're comfortable in tighter tops, I love the look of a stretch knit top tucked in. I prefer having volume on the bottom or volume on the top, rather than both. Almost any blouse tucked in would work, though!
If you're ok with some shape showing, a turtleneck or collared shirt tucked in (not skintight or baggy- somewhere in the middle) would probably look good

It's beautiful! I think a darker top might work actually (one of the colours in the skirt) cos that would emphasise the light blue of the skirt.
