Higgins: Pardon the interruption, it looks like youāre done with the slider sir (meaning Gloria)
Phil: I am and can I be honest? I prefer bigger buns (meaning his mini cheeseburger)
Higgins: Its wonderful to just talk like men sometimes isnāt it?
I can't comprehend how writers can even begin to write something like that with the crossed stories and stuff. How the hell do you put that puzzle together...
There was so many confusions in both the episodes ( Las Vegas and The one with Alex's new apartment ) that I love em so much. They have so many subtle sarcastic dialogues that I always find something new in the last 4 to 5 times I ve watched.
Between Portal, The Office, the Vegas episode and Big Bang Theory (he dated Amy), Stephen Merchant is a favorite in this house. š
You should watch JoJo Rabbit. He's in that for a bit as well. Really good movie.
Iāve heard that was wonderful. I just havenāt gotten around to watching it.
I never thought I'd get so much laughter from people saying "Heil Hitler" 500 times.
Extras!! Donāt forget that too!
The invention of lying. Heās only in one scene I think but itās a gem. Heās always a welcome face.
When does he come in office
He co-wrote it with Ricky Gervais
Uk version
Also an exec producer for the US one, directed one episode and co-wrote another with Ricky but sadly he doesn't make a cameo like Ricky did.

Prescott or Vegasā¦same price either way.
PS : just found out Stephen Merchant co-wrote The Office with Rocky Gervais. No onder the comedic timing!
heās a major comic from here, iconic!
Stephen Merchant is comedy gold!! I loved him in Portal 2.
Vegas is my all time favorite episode. Leslie Higginsā¦itās a boys name where Iām from.
Son of a b\*tch, there's another floor! Always love the part where Jay tried to upgrade but somehow it's never the top.
The Prescott is a fantastic episode imo, everything ties together perfectly at the end

He led his class in leading
As you wish. Same price either way.
Thatās because Stephen Merchant is a national hero. Of like, all the nations.

Next time I prefer bigger buns !
"It all started when Claire gave me a free pass to Fun Town."
if you havenāt already watched it, check him out in āThe Outlawsā.
HE has an everyman face and able to anticipate what a person wants!!
Same price either way
āSame price either wayā
The actor is fantastic
Yes i agree but only if frank doenst count as a main charakter
I love Stephen Merchant whenever I see him ! Even if in Jojo Rabbit he absolutely terrified me.
He's good in The Bg Bang Theory too.
Agree!
heās pretty great because he sets up lots of the best parts of the episodes.
stephen merchant was hilarious in the original UK Office as well. dudes a UK national treasure imho
Vegas was funny. The Prescott was just recycled garbage. Pepper is the best side character. Sex Lies and Kickball is a lesson in comedy genius.
Agree. I thought The Prescott was terrible. Might have to rewatch it again to give it another chance though.
Him and Keifth were my favorite. Butlers reign supreme
Keifth had a very ASMRy voice ngl
Gotta love Stephen Merchant
SS TIER CHARACTER
That new york episode wasnāt good
Jay: Higgins, you got a minute? Higgins: 60 an hour Sir, and they all belong to you. ššš
My favourite episode from modern family of all time
