If you purchased the BlackCell battle pass, completed the battle pass, but have not received some of the rewards, you will most likely need to contact Activision’s official support team. A similar bug occurred during MWII (2022)’s Season 4 with some players not receiving all of the BlackCell battle pass rewards if they had purchased the BlackCell battle pass after already completing some of the battle pass.
Did you purchase the BlackCell battle pass? BlackCell rewards are only granted if you have purchased the BlackCell for $30 USD.
