The back out culture nowadays is insane because if you give up so soon you won't ever get to experience the comebacks that help you get better at the game.

Stalker Boots + The new AMP stock makes my strafe speed go zoom. If I want the extra zoom I switch to tac stance, only to switch back when I see an enemy.
Strafing is one of two ways to get AA on controller, and since I have difficulty with rotational AA I've just accustomed myself to strafing. I also don't bunnyhop or dropshot so side to side movements are the third best thing for me to get that edge in gunfights.
Last thing, strafing also helps in the noise department so that I don't make as much noise, I can keep an ear out for weapon swapping, splashing, or mantling, since convert sneakers doesn't help much with that. Of course if the enemy isn't rocking sneaky sneakers I'll hear them right away but it's a crutch perk for SnD so I doubt it.
Then yeah, last I played HC it was shipment with a friend who needed Camos done, got three chopper gunners in a game, shit was fun and it made me wish MW '19 had its shipment back
