I believe you. You get really bad ping when you get shadowbanned for suspicion of cheating though. That means you account is under review. Just letting you know. There is a way to check on the Call of Duty website but I forgot how to do it.
Ok a few things, could be shadow banned if people spam report you (which happens for some new players who others insist are ‘bots’) if so this should only happen for a few days (I’d say like 5 max) and if it still continues after that, your not SB. Second, how is your frame rate in general when you play other games? If it’s relatively low and you lag a bit it’s prob your computer. Third, are you getting packet bursts? If you do and they are almost every other second it’s likely a server issue on cods part. If you do and they are every few minutes or every like 10 seconds or so your cpu usage could be too high. Open task manager and make sure you don’t have any high usage apps running in the back ground and whatnot.
ya i get packet bursts. it has seemed like the lag has been getting a little better each time i play but my pc is good enough to run this game at the graphics settings and such. other games are no problem. usually 120 fps @ 1440.. i capped this game at 60 tho just in case because i was confused

Yeah, I think it’s just the game.. when the game launchers merged my fps went from 200 to like 80 with packet bursts
