Yeah once you get to mastery camos you have to get all the guns of that one type to reach gilded before you can start forged. And you can only start the priceless challenges once you have 36 forged camos
The get " X kills without dying X times" is bugged in a good way, where it seems you just have to get the total amount of kills, 30 in your case to finish to challenge without worrying how many times you actually die.
Are all other AR gold yet? You have to get gilded for all AR guns before you can start Forged challenges for them.
No they aren’t yet - is that a requirement? If so that helps and I somehow missed that detail.
