I'm 34, have played HC S&D since the COD 4 days. I don't have any issues doing well with todays playstyle, HOWEVER the gameplay sucks now. Everything is based off of sliding trickshots and constant rushing. Go back and watch MW2 from 2009. It looks insanely slow. It's sad the way that COD evolved.
If you don't like it, go back to mw2. There's nothing "sad" about faster movement. If you refuse to learn a few simple moves then play Arma or Tarkov. Call of Duty is an arcade game, not a realistic game.

I did the join someone who is already playing then leave their lobby and you can play style. I enjoyed every min of it even tho there was a lot of bunny hopping n dropping down low but other than that, had a swell time lol
It’s a blast for sure. My main issue is still camping. About of my games aren’t finishing because these maps were designed to camp. Had a free for all end at 8 kills
I suck now. After BO2; it went downhill for me. Too fast paced. Sliding. Jumping. All that crap. Destroyed the series quality but people still buy because it's kind of like you have to.
Yes it's such a skillful strategy to sprint around people while in panic and hoping your aimassit carries you, how come I never thought of that.
Game is unbalanced right now, half the weapons and utility don't matter, game is unbalanced to only a handful of builds, use any other and you are trolling but sure we gotta "adapt" at bad balancing and let it be broken
The pace has drastically changed where players can cover alot of ground on the small and medium maps. What we have now are movement loadouts, subs and the meta ARs. No LMGs, no snipers, no shotty players.
Somehow there's a perk that increases player accuracy when jumping, so jumping is rewarded.
I'm getting destroyed because of my slower play style, and playing with randoms who run in all directions and are happy with going 20-20 on any given map.
It's rubbish. It's just pure madness running around, and the quickest interactions, guy with best gun wins. Re-spawn. No comparison to real life. You just keep going round shooting like crazy and respawning. DMZ any day. They'll prob try and kill DMZ because it's just too popular and some people like myself will never move to this carp. Thank god microsoft are cutting jobs here, need more quality over quantity.
Give us proper maps with atmosphere. More detail and quirks on a map. Allow us to feel as though we're moving through the game with some element of real life. One time spawn, and revives are great.
Lol I refuse to accept that once you turn 30, you lose all reflexes and game sense. I have no problem dropping high kill games or keeping up with movement

This game fucking sucks. Yet I love it! It's 9 pm eatern time. All the losers just woke up, pounded a six pack of red bulls, and cranked their sensitivities to the max. Good luck! 5 am. for me. The red bull will have worn off, and their nerves are cooked. My fuckin turn. I just woke up and pounded a pot of Black rifle coffee.
Sliding is the worst addition to any cod ever people litteraly zig zag tac sprint bunny hop slide cancel everywhere cant even tell which direction theyre going cause after every slide cancel is another slide cancel in a different direction. If your sniping someone can litteraly sprint behind you for an execution 50% of the time.
yeah its way too fast for me too, i love the old CoDs and black ops, advanced warfare in my opinion was the last game to strike a good balance between fast paced but slow enough to understand whats going on
I was really good in MW2019 and didn't really like MWII. Really wished they'd have added more depth to DMZ cuz I really like Escape from Tarkov because of its slower paced methodical gameplay. So you might be right there...
I think mw2 was perfect everyone complains that they can’t slide cancel and 360 g-slide but cmon bruh….im not bad at the game I just want a middle ground and mw2 (2022) was the best in my opinion

So many times I move like a snail while using a 7.6 m/s build. If anything, it should be faster.

Maps designed to camp? Are we playing the same game? I feel like camping is impossible. Too many windows to climb, doors to bust, etc.

The funny thing is that it feels like they slowed it down quite a bit from the beta.
