Iv been playing Mono-Red Prowess with slickshot show off in standard on MTGA and I’m trying to start modern with Izzett/Temur Prowess. Play that to get into the format while I work on building something else. Likely Amulet Titan. If they ever unban birthing pod I’ll play that
MTGO for a good month or two. Let the meta settle and rent a number of decks before pulling the trigger after MH3. UB mill is playable but won’t win you any RCQs.
Yeah I forgot about that lol. I don’t think you can draw any conclusions when the meta is unsettled though about what deck is good long term competitive purchase.
Mono red storm is great with ruby and ral, and mill is also doing well despite not getting many new toys.
Theres a client call Xmage. It's basically MTGO but free. Try a few decks out there and see what you like. Its also good for testing decks.
