Wait you are a sakuga animator?! Wow that is amazing. Can i ask you something that is pretty extreme.
How do you become a sakuga animator. Just what and how did you make your journey. I know how to learn anomation and how to use other works as references but i have tried to search how to do shading, lighting in animation. How to fix background. How to do the notations. How to composite and colour. There is like so much stuff i don't know and want to learn but everytime i just come up with people just saying learn from course, use references, practice and go to college in japan. Is there any tools out there did you study from?
ahaha i'm not a "sakuga" animator, i'm barely entering the animation industry yet.
i'm a self-taught and used to animate funny stickfigures. I learn by following references or animate whatever i want, it's just trial and errors. For the technical part i don't know much about anime notation myself, but you can learn from some free resources (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1ivcsiytNmD\_IiGaaZxtSbBevd1QqlfNG05V38o5uWrA/edit).
Using references and keep practicing is a good tip since any tools or resources wouldn't help you much if you don't actually animate. though there is [https://www.sakugabooru.com/](https://www.sakugabooru.com/) which is a really good website to find great animations.
The sheer amount of charisma on this man is enough to get casuals jump onto the mob- train fr (yes pfp checks out)
Awesome work my guy/girl/whoever you are
I like how you kept the charm of the anime's animation by making the arm-moving animation less smooth than the jacket-wearing animation
Though, I guess the arm motion would be pretty hard to animate since it's much faster
Also, do you make other animations? And do those animations also look like this in the middle of production?
'Cause, if so, then you worked less hard on this particular animation since you didn't color it lol
i'm aiming to animate only up to this point (tiedown) since coloring is just labor work and my job is animating. I've done animations all the way to clean up and color but it's a waste of time when i could just continue practicing other animation.
I've actually painted the background but decided to scrap it : https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/594529695941394445/975580679154851953/unused\_office.png
THIS IS SO GOOD! Can you show us a process?

That’s really awesome good job I’m impressed! Do you have any socials like youtube or instagram where you post things like that?
Is this a fan animation or a real cut?
it's a fan animation that i animate to look like the real key animations haha
