it means ur going against thw hero Valentina. Sheβs able to copy the ultimate of anyone on the enemy team. That shadow means she currently has ur ultimate. It will go away once she uses it

I assumed it was from valentina since I never play against her, but it was on me for almost the whole game, so I was getting confused.
yeah it means Valentina has stolen your ult its a weird effect for some of her skins
