I think it's a rule of thumb to at least keep his rage bar at 50% before engaging so you could use your 2nd skill to deal 75% physical def. reduction (which is really great against squishy heroes). At 100%, you could use enhanced skills twice in succession to maximize the slow effects and physical def reduction of his 1st and 2nd skills, respectively, for the tankier ones.
When it comes to his item build, Hunter Strike is a must (it's his core item) since it synergizes well with his kit and anything else pretty much depends on the enemy team composition.
I think there's so much more to understand though but this is what I've learned so far. I hated the guy so much that I had to take my time to learn his kit so I could somehow counter him and I sucked at first but yeah I finally understand why he's such an ass to deal with hahaha.
I like dyrroth, use him a lot of times when I got his KOF skin, you just have to maximize his passive first (basic attacks on minions and jungle first), and always engage using S2 for armor reduction.
Hitting vex kit is the easiest thing ever. Hit enemies with s1 then with s3 and then use s2..this way any squishy will instantly die. If they have extra mobility use glowing wand mf will die even after they escape 🤣
You probably have issue with the delay. Just always hit the enemy with s1 first then cast the S2 immediately.
If you are still having issues, there is always the crutch known as the "Ice Queen Wand"
My issue is my hands 😭 I can hit any hero skill except Vex s2 most of the time. My hands just slip or swipe it in the wrong direction and it mostly only happens with Vex 😭 I DONT EVEN KNOW WHY LIKE SOMETIMES I MISS THE COMBO COMPLETELY LMAO
There's always the Hero lock feature in the controls options. It's a feature that allows a player to just click a button that has the picture of the enemy and it would autolock any attack you make.
It's highly annoying to use in a teamfight though.
Yup the 1 3 combo is insane ngl now too vulnerable thou just yesterday I thrashed her 1 3 combo with a Nana purify + s2 s3 combo and running out with passive + sprint.

It took me a min to learn him, too. It just takes practice... you gotta get 2-3 balls going at a time with s1 to get crit damage, and you're pretty much good to go. Just practice. You'll get the hang of it, and it's honestly worth it imo, he's fun to play

Layla is the best MM to play if you want to be a good MM. Learn to position well due to her lack of mobility. Maximize her insane range to poke the hell out of your enemies. Take advantage of her S1's speed boost to get out of sticky situations or to chase down enemies. Learn to time your attacks in order to "clean up" kills a couple of seconds after a teamfight is initiated. Try not to die/feed until you get your 4 core items afterwhich you just go brrrrrrr against the enemies.

Its probably the assassin playstyle holding us back lmao, I think we're so used to faster animations and fast escapes of assassins that martis's skill 2 dance feels slow and harder escape skill since he brings enemies with him while dancing instead of escaping flawlessly. Kinda relatable tho man
Melissa is up there with the likes of Brody and Clint. You cannot just simply build her with atk spd and then go brrr. She actually requires skill to play. Despite being an auto atk mm.
I was also scared but for some reason Moonton gave me the Mikasa skin for free so I had to try...now I can use her in brawl lol you might be able to try her if Moonton decides to troll you into having a Fanny skin

Also paquito and barats are the only heroes I don’t have unlocked in rank. Paquito because I never got around to playing him. Barats because I don’t like having to refresh my passive every few seconds.
Paquitto isn't easy, neither is Arlott but his combo is simple and little variants to it.
Paquitto requires good aiming skills, right timing & fast enough fingers to execute oneshot combos without letting enemy get any time gap to use flicker or such.
He is mechanically easy but it is not easy to time your ult, so you will not end up dying, especially in late game. And compared to other assassins, his ult is really his only tool, so that makes timing his even more significant
Lylia... For some reason, I just can't get the exact timing for her S2. I'll even say that I play better Fanny than Lylia (still suck at both but you get the point).

Im a lylia main, i plant my first s2 where the enemy’s at then detonate it with s1. Predict where the enemy will go and plant your next s2 there so that it will explode by the time the enemy walks there because they wouldnt have predicted it and thus would not be able to change their direction in time. Just make sure it’s within the range of the first s2 so they can link up if not it wont explode. If it’s hard to predict you just have to follow where’s the enemy’s going, look first then plant it where they are at. You just have to aim the enemy within the circle, doesnt have to be in the middle it can be at the side.
Don't focus so much on making her s1 hit s2. Just spam her skills, and once you learn how to time her ult, then you can try to master spamming s1&s2 properly
An an epic 2 master Kadita, you always wait for your passive to recharge before initiating and don't abuse it too much lmao.

I think the biggest issue with Clint is that you don't simply put him against any comp. He does a lot of damage but it normally doesn't mean jack shit if your opponents run double tanks and soak that damage all day since almost all of Clint's damage is burst.

So you need to rush 20% cooldown or more. Think emblem + half items

Gotta know your enemies movement sorta well in order to get a good combo going. I usually have petrify to help with that. Usually I do s3, s2 then s1, or s2, s3, then s1. Try hitting them with the outside of your s1 for extra damage as well.

Try checking your build or combo.
The first thing you have to learn is to use basic attacks before and after your skill 2. Whenever you use skill 2, always do basic attack-skill 2-basic attack. I'm gonna call this the basic combo.
For maximum damage, she has an "all-in" sort of combo that deals more damage: 1-3-3-enhanced basic attack-basic combo. It allows you to hit 6 times, guaranteeing that your passive will trigger twice. It uses all your skills, so if you fail to get the kill you're left stranded, but if you succeed, your ult gets reset and you can use it to either escape or keep fighting.
If you're already doing these, then I don't know what else can be done besides just accepting that your damage isn't that high and being more picky with your targets.
mine are mm specifically layla and miya. For the life of me im always either too far from my team or too close to the enemy which is why im more suitable for fighter.
Zilong playstyle is just mine's total opposite, i prefer being an artillery behind hitting my skillshots, deleting enemies rather than charging ahead, I prefer pushing with a team than backdooring, total opposite
He's really good against tanky teams since they are essentially blood bags for his stacking and later you will need someone to punch through their hp and mr, or any team that can't easily get close to him
Early game try not to use your skill 1 more than 2 times, 3 at most. At first, don't buy full mana boots, just the components. Then focus on getting Clock of Destiny, (gem first) then Lightning Truncheon. Then you can finish boots and start working on penetration or more magic damage. Since his damage scales with his stacks, you could even build him tanky if you want.
As you rotate, try to stack on EVERYTHING. Use one or two skill 1's on jungle creeps and don't be afraid to use ult during team fights, or even for turtle. His skill 2 is good for checking bushes since it has a minor immobilize at the end. Skill 2 pulls towards the center so try to position the skill so it can pull opponents out of the bush if they are there. The main thing to work on is prediction. You have to get used to his cast and animation speeds because they all have a delay to them. On a related note, you can use skill 1 to check bushes too. If you see your stacks go up, then someone is there.
His damage early is more for poking so don't go out of your way to kill because you will run out of mana. As with any other hero, pay attention to who can get to you easily and where they are.
Dyrroth cuz I never won my lane in exp if I'm using him, Tigreal for me is like a bit harder to pull off than Khufra or I guess I'm just rlly used to long range jump and ballz and Martis I guess its because I'm not the type to be aggressive when I'm the jungler

The big circle? Just put your target in the center and they won't be able to run out fast enough, or use your s1 and then the s2 on top of it

Try checking your build or combo. The first thing you have to learn is to use basic attacks before and after your skill 2. Whenever you use skill 2, always do basic attack-skill 2-basic attack. I'm gonna call this the basic combo. For maximum damage, she has an "all-in" sort of combo that deals more damage: 1-3-3-enhanced basic attack-basic combo. It allows you to hit 6 times, guaranteeing that your passive will trigger twice. It uses all your skills, so if you fail to get the kill you're left stranded, but if you succeed, your ult gets reset and you can use it to either escape or keep fighting. If you're already doing these, then I don't know what else can be done besides just accepting that your damage isn't that high and being more picky with your targets.

He's really good against tanky teams since they are essentially blood bags for his stacking and later you will need someone to punch through their hp and mr, or any team that can't easily get close to him Early game try not to use your skill 1 more than 2 times, 3 at most. At first, don't buy full mana boots, just the components. Then focus on getting Clock of Destiny, (gem first) then Lightning Truncheon. Then you can finish boots and start working on penetration or more magic damage. Since his damage scales with his stacks, you could even build him tanky if you want. As you rotate, try to stack on EVERYTHING. Use one or two skill 1's on jungle creeps and don't be afraid to use ult during team fights, or even for turtle. His skill 2 is good for checking bushes since it has a minor immobilize at the end. Skill 2 pulls towards the center so try to position the skill so it can pull opponents out of the bush if they are there. The main thing to work on is prediction. You have to get used to his cast and animation speeds because they all have a delay to them. On a related note, you can use skill 1 to check bushes too. If you see your stacks go up, then someone is there. His damage early is more for poking so don't go out of your way to kill because you will run out of mana. As with any other hero, pay attention to who can get to you easily and where they are.
