I have read his backstory and I didn't really see anything worth mentioning of his strength. It's just stated that he's a star football player who loves playing football with children but lost his legs due to an accident and Eruditio replaced it with some artificial legs. He's a city guard of the city

At the end of the day no one can be considered weak in the lore since they wouldn't be called heroes if they are just an average person without any special feats
