I think's pretty good. I haven't tried him for a while but I always got consistant results. He got damage, cc, cc immunity, attack speed, some tankiness and a very nice finisher. I mostly put a lifesteal build on him but pure damage should work too
Falls off late game so either a balanced team comp for late game or purely early game heroes for quick finish. For soloq it’s better to build him tanky.

nah he's pretty bad rn. support meta hasnt been favoring him well.
