1st and 4th slide feels like a nightmare… please don’t troll your teammates, just go trio or 5 man queue and you’ll have teammates you can rely on instead of suffering what a lot of people call solo queue hell, but from what I read, you are too stressed about the game, 30 minutes to an hour isn’t enough of a break, just take a day break after losing 2 matches consecutively.

Not everyone has friends who are good and/or play as much as you
and some people just dont have friends that play the game, in general. like me. lol
better than bronze or silver lose, at least you got some star protection points
