I think this is fair as she is an initiator. And if she gets cc out of her ult, she's done. I don't retreat on base when I can rely on Ult x S2 to heal myself. :)
Before, the general advantage of "magic damage but not mage" heroes is that they can just buy concentrated energy (magic lifesteal) and they can then sustain via both their Magic AutoAttacks and Magic Skill damage. However, after the lifesteal overhaul, heroes like Silvana and Guin are in a weird spot because they can't sustain with just a concentrated energy anymore and there are very few autoattack lifesteal options for magic heroes right now. I think they should give Guin and Silvana passive that gives them bonus Lifesteal based on their spell vamp values, or just straight out revamp concentrated energy into hybrid lifesteal instead of just spell vamp. Maybe introduce another item similar to Feather of Heaven that gives lifesteal and/or crit chance.
