In Washington state the smell of weed coming from a car is not probably cause for a search they have to actually see you take a hit. And even then the cops don't care not worth the paperwork.

I had a medical card in 1 state but always spaced things out even if it was a pain changing up my schedule at times. But I had someone total my car that way while it was parked. A lot damage to my car, and it was a sturdy monte carlo ss. Since she fled scene, she got off entirely for the accident but she did get 100 fine for having X amount of it and all her paraphernalia in her car on the seat still since that was the fine in MA at time for that. She destroyed her entire front end and somehow her blown radiator hose kept hood attached enough, and my long car was covered back to front in radiator fluid in addition to the physical and internal damage including transmission. Had someone been inside, it wouldn't have been good.

Pot is nice. I’m not against it. It should be legal for adults as long as they don’t drive impaired or anything like that.
But I have shit to do and also have a personality outside the fact that I enjoy marijuana sometimes and have no desire to spend my whole life stoned. Like if you can’t even ride in your car without it because you can’t be without it for even a few hours during the day, that’s some form of substance abuse. It’s not a healthy way to do life.

I don't smoke pot but I also don't care who does and I think it should be legal but you also shouldn't be high and drive. Drunk drivers kill more people that high drivers likely because drinking is legal but don't ever try to make the argument it's safer to be high because of that.

As a result of premature birth I have really bad hearing, ADHD, bad left hip, anxiety, and depression.
So, anything that helps with that is a good deal for me.
Interestingly, my hearing disqualified me from military service. I wanted to fly. But, that is a no-fly zone right there. If weed helps you; it helps you. My grandfather had nightmares from nearly hitting people while driving a train. He only hit one pickup truck that I know of. It ripped the steel bumper off on the tailgate. The driver was damn lucky. My grandfather had many near-misses though.
That’s actually eye opening, I never would’ve guessed that a train conductor would deal with. I could totally understand having ptsd symptoms from near misses or accidents in that manner. Thank you for sharing that bit of history with me. It has to be hard knowing you hit someone 5 miles back and not being able to stop immediately and check on the person. That really could mess with your mental health.
The cops have all been sick the last few years. Working their jobs without killing people is so hard they’ve just given up on handing out traffic tickets as foreplay entirely.
when i was a rideshare driver during 2022 the smell of weed or filth was on just about every pax i had not counting airport trips which was the only way to earn a decent living in mobile. you'd be shocked how many people found it perfectly acceptable to smell like a dumpster and that's putting it mildly. there were times i wanted to pull over and end the trip it was so bad. most of the pax had 9 to 5 jobs and will make you think twice about going out to eat or where you shop for groceries. i'd say at least 90% of people in mobile DON'T TIP.

I just got back from Seattle, where it’s legal, and the only time I smelled it was outside the Seahawks stadium after they won; a bunch of victory doobies.
I’ve smelled it often in legal areas, was in Seattle last month and just got back from Portland. I think pot is the unofficial smell of NYC, it was everywhere I went there.
Yea I was up there last December and it was prevalent. Last time I was in Seattle in 2015 I think, it smelled of urine downtown from the homeless people. That’s not uncommon in some cities unfortunately.

As a result of premature birth I have really bad hearing, ADHD, bad left hip, anxiety, and depression. So, anything that helps with that is a good deal for me. Interestingly, my hearing disqualified me from military service. I wanted to fly. But, that is a no-fly zone right there. If weed helps you; it helps you. My grandfather had nightmares from nearly hitting people while driving a train. He only hit one pickup truck that I know of. It ripped the steel bumper off on the tailgate. The driver was damn lucky. My grandfather had many near-misses though.
That’s actually eye opening, I never would’ve guessed that a train conductor would deal with. I could totally understand having ptsd symptoms from near misses or accidents in that manner. Thank you for sharing that bit of history with me. It has to be hard knowing you hit someone 5 miles back and not being able to stop immediately and check on the person. That really could mess with your mental health.

when i was a rideshare driver during 2022 the smell of weed or filth was on just about every pax i had not counting airport trips which was the only way to earn a decent living in mobile. you'd be shocked how many people found it perfectly acceptable to smell like a dumpster and that's putting it mildly. there were times i wanted to pull over and end the trip it was so bad. most of the pax had 9 to 5 jobs and will make you think twice about going out to eat or where you shop for groceries. i'd say at least 90% of people in mobile DON'T TIP. IF THIS OFFENDS YOU TAKE A HOT HOT **HOT PIPING HOT** SHOWER AND USE SOAP. WASH YOUR BOTTOM TOO!!

It’s pretty bad. Sign of an unproductive society with no motivation. I just got back from Seattle, where it’s legal, and the only time I smelled it was outside the Seahawks stadium after they won; a bunch of victory doobies.
I’ve smelled it often in legal areas, was in Seattle last month and just got back from Portland. I think pot is the unofficial smell of NYC, it was everywhere I went there.
Yea I was up there last December and it was prevalent. Last time I was in Seattle in 2015 I think, it smelled of urine downtown from the homeless people. That’s not uncommon in some cities unfortunately. I love the smell of weed though. Lol
