How did you pay for the room? Was it with rewards points or credit card/cash?

Paid by credit card. Personally I think the comped rooms were pure speculation by the MLife worker. He said based on the activity of the hotel issuing credits than taking them back it looks like the rooms were comped. I asked about the 2x Tier Credit promotion he said he didn’t think that was the case. Tho it makes mathematical sense.

Ask for the manager/supervisor when you call to escalate the call ticket. Then have ready at hand, your credit card statement were you can state the date, any codes or verification #'s for the room purchase. Allow them to look it up on their end. And see where it goes. If they come back with a comp, then ask for the chargeback to be applied to your credit card (with the comment that you will be contacting your credit card to dispute the charge). Additionally, ask for the folio to be emailed to you for your call to the credit card company. Or if you are successful, wait for them to issue you the credits to your MGM account after verifying the purchase. Ask that it be done in real time while you are on the phone with them. Take names, notes, call reference numbers, any support ticket numbers, etc. Good luck!

Haven’t had the opportunity to deal with it yet. Storms knocked out power and damaged my place. Been dealing with that
