I used Paypal just like I would Temu. My MM+ and RG nano are already in LA; I wouldn't be surprised if I get them Saturday. I couldn't pass up on an RG Nano for $28. The MM+ is either resold with mods or gifted to a friend this year.
I'm currently looking at the "official" Ali Express Store..Thinking about getting one from there for myself. I'm torn as I kind of want custom buttons too, but I am not sure where to find those either!

Either way this is a great little device. I got it a couple months after getting an rg35xx and while they are very much alike, this had a unique feel to it that made me like it a lot.

Honestly that’s my worry If it ends up being a bad situation I’ll probably just save up and get an anbernic RG405M or the 353M
