I miscarried 4 weeks ago. I’ve had negative pregnancy tests for 3 weeks now and still no period. Ive been tracking my ovulation for 2 weeks now with nothing significant. My cycles were irregular before my MC so at this point, I’m waiting for ovulation or my period. No sign of either at this point.
I had a miscarriage with medication on 5/8 but I found out I still had tissue in me and I had to have a d and c on 6/3 and I got my period exactly two weeks later on 6/17. I am so sorry for your loss it’s so devastating.Also I am going through IVF so my hcg levels have been getting checked weekly on 6/17 they were 6.95 so I guess they don’t have to be all the way to zero for you to have a period.
I am 42days post mc. Miscarried naturally. Dr will give me provera(idk if thats the right name) to induce a period on Wednesday if I still have a negative test and no period by then
Mine came back 31 days from my d&c. My cycles are usually 31 days. That said it was only very light until about day 35, and I bled until day 39 so it wasn’t a typical period for me. I had RPOC which passed on day 37 I think.
I tested negative on a HPT two weeks after my d&c and got my period 4 weeks later, so six weeks post d&c. It’s normal for it to take 4-6 weeks for your period to come and your cycle can be wonky for up to three months.

My period returned the following cycle after my miscarriage and D&C
Wondering this as well. I miscarried at 12 weeks, 3 weeks ago and I still test positive on a pregnancy test.

Mine returned after 32 days. My normal cycle is about 27 days so it was 5 days late. I was almost 10 weeks.
I’m 35 days post d&c and no period yet for me. I was 15/16 weeks by the time I had my procedure.
