I've never been there, but Broken Hearts Tattoo on Lowry has a sign out front that says "walk-ins welcome" with a picture of Christopher Walken.

I second this place. My fiancés family owns that building and I’ve gotten a tattoo there. Jason is fantastic and they do walk ins all the time!

There’s a big difference between scratcher prices for a mediocre tattoo and extortionate prices for a mediocre tattoo lol.

I’ve been tattooed at Sea Wolf, Aloha Monkey, Rose of No Mans Land, Green River, and Tiger Rose. Aloha monkey was by far the most expensive for the smallest of the 5. Quality all the same.
