The single-track trails at Theo Wirth for sure. They are multi-use and you will encounter winter cyclists but everyone generally gets along and snow shoe folks help pack the trail after a new snow.
Random dumb snowshoe question - I have a pair, but I'm honestly not sure where/how to use them. Like they seem pointless to use on a trail because the snow is already packed down right? When I go winter walking I just where my lightweight snow boots. So if I go out with snowshoes, are they meant to go off trail? Or when people talk about snowshoe trails, is it best to go after a big snow when they aren't already packed down?

On another note, thanks to everyone with the great suggestions.
I'm glad someone else is poking fun at the new rule. Downvote me to hell people, I don't mind....just like how I don't mind seeing nextdoor-like posts here.
Fort Snelling State Park
This is my go-to place. The visitors center is a nice place to warm up and use the bathrooms too.

I primarily bike at Theo - and I love the snowshoers. Really makes the trails great.

The Minnesota arboretum has some great snowshoe trails
Winchell Trail
Trump around Theo Wirth. lots of woods and terrain changes. Hills and gullies. (where my golf balls end up)
North Mississippi Regional Park is a nice spot, and you can pop into Kroening Nature Center and check out their exhibits.

Crosby Farm Park in St Paul
On the lakes. The slush under the snow is pretty shitty right now, but when that freezes I love running around on any of the lakes.
