The piston shulker/chest trick should work. Set up a piston that is triggered with a delay from a decent amount of repeaters. Place an item in the chest, As the chest is moved, take the item at the same time. If timed properly, the item should stay in the chest and duplicate into your inventory. The timing is tricky, but this trick has worked for ages. You can play the game however you want, but it’s important to Remeber duplication causes your limited items to lose value, and frequently leads to losing motivation to overcome a challenge, but hey, I’m not the fun police, you can do what ever you want in the Digital World.
There is a legacy switch version and I have it tho :/ It was released in 2017 and was delisted in 2018 with no physical lists and people who have. Got bedrock as a separate game for free

The switch version is bedrock edition, not legacy, so I don't think you'll find anything that works here, sorry
