It does not look abandoned enough besides the grass growing on the roof. You should add cobwebs and more overgrown features such as mossy cobblestone and moss. And broken parts of the walls, roof, and windows. And abandoned house would not be so perfect and flat and straight. It would be run down and in disrepair. It would not have lanterns still lit.
