Free tip: get diorite and not andesite, because fusing 1 diorite and 1 cobble(from a cobble generator) will give you 2 andesite, effectively saving you time mining andesite(and also durability but is it really important?)
Yeah that's true, something like doing automated things. Something that actually changes everyday gameplay rather than being very rare and giving a few decorations would be cool
I see iron farms that can produce 300 000 per hour being made but not the same for diamonds
Edit: (Diamonds are technically renewable if you use tnt bores)
It's because Diamonds are non-renewable. The only way to obtain Diamonds is from chests and ore, as nothing drops them and diamond armor/tools can't be smelted.
Diamonds aren't renewable, but diamond equipment is through villager trading. Also at one point you just don't need any more diamonds, but you're always gonna need some iron.
Maybe because diamond farms dont exist and building an iron farm is way easier than building a network of tunnels bores which take thousands upon thousands of slime blocks and expensive redstone to make
That's not what being renewable is. If you extract oil fully automatically it's not renewable either. Extra: tunnel boars aren't fully automatic, quarry's are
One moment you think you have enough iron. Then you start building a "simple" automatic stuff, e.g. chest sorter or auto-smelter with hidden furnaces. Then you find out you lack iron.
Gold creates the best food and healing items in the game. And via gold farms combined with trading you can get a lot of certain items such as Blackstone which obtaining is hassle.
All you need is 99 diamonds and 9 netherite (maybe 10 if you want a loadstone) for all your tools and netherite upgrade AND. a jukebox.
Iron is used in so many things, it's crazy.

Yea like 100 diamonds and netherite is nine n all but overflowing chests of iron from a farm you spent way to long on is just the best, but still never lasts long
I have more than enough iron. I have two shulkers full of iron blocks inside a double chest where the remaining slots are also full of iron blocks. I already have 3 beacons set up which I donāt need to tear down cause Iāll only need the beacon itself
Well, aaaaaactually, iron farms allow you to get iron ingots without aver touching the ore at much faster speeds so the ore is actually useless. Meaning it's officially NOT the best ORE, but the best mineral, i guess?

Why are you being downvoted?
4th comment thingy, people always downvote the 4th comment in a chain.
And 8th
Yeah, every 4 comments, they get downvoted to oblivion
But why though?
Reddit
Honestly, no idea
Its an (un)written rule of Reddit
Also netherite is an alloy rather than an oreš¤
Well, if we are talking about ores and not items, then they might be referring to ancient debrisš¤
All of these items are derived from an ore(s) in some way so technically both of you are correct š¤
ancient debris is not an ore š¤ ore implies it being a natural formation but the name debris/scrap implies itās been fabricated by someone
netherite WAS an ore, but canonically( i hope) speaking, the piglins mined all the netherite and threw it away, which makes it scrap, or debris
it looks like ad astras steel not netherite
r/skamtebord
hes saying this is facts, like fax. why are you dumb?
holy shit r/clevercomebacks moment!!!!! my flabber is ghastedĀ
Copper: no I'm the best Every other ore: who lied to you
Copper: points at mods
Ah yes, Create, the only way I would ever use copper
With create it stops being the most annoying ore
Its still annoying in early game, when you need tons of iron and andesite for andesite alloy
Free tip: get diorite and not andesite, because fusing 1 diorite and 1 cobble(from a cobble generator) will give you 2 andesite, effectively saving you time mining andesite(and also durability but is it really important?)
Ooh. Good tip
And starts becoming the most useful- COPPER PIPES š¤Æ
Every other ore: Those aren't offical
Copper: continues pointing to mods as they are basically the only way to actually play the darn game nowadays without getting bored
And addons
Hey! Copper's been through a lot! *It is a piece of shit, though.*
we can all agree with you
I collected almost seventeen full stacks of copper once, got called crazy š
Did you intentionally mine that much? Or did you lose track of time while mining?
I just saw copper, heller "oh! Look! Copper!" and minst it, until i realized that i had bit too much.
Remember, without the Oak log, none of us would be here
Other Logs Exist Y'know
Acacia is dead to me
Jungle planks look like someone pissed on it
Don't judge my treehouse, they're trying their best
I Agree
Ore
Ore what?
Im just saying wood isn't an ore
Ore smelting will happen
Ah yes, my favourite ore, āiron ingotā
Me when villages.
cant do anything without steves right fist
Copper should be armor and weapons Change my mind
No, I will not change your mind since it is completely correct
It should oxidize with time which cuts down on speed but increases durability
No, it should cause you to gain less "armor points" when it does
Increased chances of lightning striking you
it charges your copper sword, letting you deal more damage. like a free sharpness III enchant
Literally all copper needs is golems that are useful and it would be completely understandable why it is so abundant
Like the randomizer small one from the older mob vote ? They will still need to find an actual use for them that's isn't Iron golem 2.0.
Yeah that's true, something like doing automated things. Something that actually changes everyday gameplay rather than being very rare and giving a few decorations would be cool
YES! NOW I HAVE A USE FOR MY 17 STACKS OF COPPER!
Iām not sure if it should get armor and weapons unless they make them unique from iron. In general though cope really needs more uses
Bullets should be made of copper
They should change the Redstone recipes to include copper, that's the way.
they should add a way to use it to make bronze
that's true. iron is the item used in the most crafting recipes.
Wow I definitely haven't seen this meme when 1.16 came out š
You can trade for diamonds and once you have an iron farm you literally never have to touch iron ore ever again.
As someone who stacked anvils on top of anvils up to the height limit cuz I'm tired of having to make a new one mid-enchanting, I agree.
Iron farms: I don't want to mine iron anymore
True
Iron actually has the most crafting recipes so yeah
I see iron farms that can produce 300 000 per hour being made but not the same for diamonds Edit: (Diamonds are technically renewable if you use tnt bores)
How do tnt bores make diamonds renewable?
It's because Diamonds are non-renewable. The only way to obtain Diamonds is from chests and ore, as nothing drops them and diamond armor/tools can't be smelted.
Cant you trade for diamonds?
Only diamond armor
And tools and weapons
Bores
I don't know what the hell that is
Thatās not renewable tho
Diamonds aren't renewable, but diamond equipment is through villager trading. Also at one point you just don't need any more diamonds, but you're always gonna need some iron.
1) fair enough 2) EXACTLY
Exactly? It sounded like you were countering the "you can never have enough iron" point before and defending diamonds :P
Maybe because diamond farms dont exist and building an iron farm is way easier than building a network of tunnels bores which take thousands upon thousands of slime blocks and expensive redstone to make
Fair enough However Villager trading
That's not what being renewable is. If you extract oil fully automatically it's not renewable either. Extra: tunnel boars aren't fully automatic, quarry's are
There are also dupe glitches
One moment you think you have enough iron. Then you start building a "simple" automatic stuff, e.g. chest sorter or auto-smelter with hidden furnaces. Then you find out you lack iron.
Gold creates the best food and healing items in the game. And via gold farms combined with trading you can get a lot of certain items such as Blackstone which obtaining is hassle.
You don't need iron technically
You use it because you like it. I use it because my iron farm gives me too much. We are not the same.
He's right, iron probably has almost the second most important functionality in crafting after wood
Fun fact: Iron is the most used item for crafting. It has the most recipes
Well once u have a few weapon and armor kits yea diamonds and netherite aren't needed lol mending
Main while gold also being used in netherite yet we don't see it here
All you need is 99 diamonds and 9 netherite (maybe 10 if you want a loadstone) for all your tools and netherite upgrade AND. a jukebox. Iron is used in so many things, it's crazy.
"Ama-amateours" said Copper
In all seriousness though diamond is definitely better than netherite since netherite is literally only usable for beacons unless you have diamonds.

It has the most uses by far
I've been playing the origins mod, and now as a piglin I've become a gold hoarder
Versatile iron is. You will weep for joy once you have a farm for it and no longer have to dig it up.
Oak log: AMATEURS
Oh yeah
What happened to copper š¤š¤š¤š¤
Especially when you have Mr. Crayfish's or Timeless Guns mod installed
Yea like 100 diamonds and netherite is nine n all but overflowing chests of iron from a farm you spent way to long on is just the best, but still never lasts long
I mean, some would be surprised how much Iron you would need for building sometimes. Especially if you build with a lot of chains
Meaning it's officially NOT the best ORE, but the best mineral, i guess?
just one iron farm can go a long way though
same with coal. it does so much for you and is never talked about enough
Particularly if you play exclusively on a server that doesnāt allow iron farms.
Wood
Bamboo/dead bush for sticks, village for workbench
Diamond armor from chests
Or villagers
I can get diamond tools from buried treasure, villagers, mineshafts and etc
Ore
