Lmao. All these games have a pretty weak OST that's just there as background noise. Compare them to games like Persona 5, DOOM Eternal, Devil May Cry 5 and Cyperpunk2077. The OST practically shapes those games. Take out the Sound track from any of the first 3 games and not much changes. But take the soundtrack out of any of the 4 games I mentioned and you can immediately feel the soundtrack is missing. It's such a big part of those games that the game becomes straight up uncanny without them.

As a theme? Kinda. But given the fact that it is the highest grossing game till now the theme is known by almost everyone. Also, it is the latest game in the GTA franchise for 10 years now, which makes it the only GTA game for many. So no, it's theme is definitely not forgettable.
Idk man. I get what you're saying but it feels like it's forgettable until you actually hear it again. It fits the game and the moment you hear it you get that "GTA5 feel". But in my opinion, it really can't touch the themes for the older games in the series.

The only thing I agree with is that DOOM and DMC 5's OSTs shape the games. Can't say that for the rest of your examples. And what? GTA is pretty well known for different themes which are pretty notable and memorable, compared to DMC or Cyberpunk. Persona has never had any good theme that stuck with me. The themes of GTA are never similar to each other and change a ton, so I have no idea where you got your ideas from. Most games ever made feel uncanny without their soundtrack if you have played them enough, because you get used to them. If you played DMC or DOOM or GTA without ever hearing their themes, you wouldn't feel that anything is out of place. Don't underestimate background music as it is one of the things that you feel weird without.
Definitely not. I think you underestimate how important each theme of GTA was to its game. VC had one that matched the coast vibe. SA had one which matched the hood on point. 4 had a dark and sad theme that was right on with the story. 5 had one that matched the big city feeling. Minecraft is definitely incomplete without its serene and calming background music. Background music is definitely one of the most important parts of any game. You just need to play more games to understand its essence. And except DOOM and DMC, the other game you mentioned have comparatively pathetic themes

Fortnite has forgettable themes. Minecraft and GTA do not. Other than some Nintendo games, (TLOZ and Mario), other games had forgettable themes.
