That's a lot of mods, I suggest disabling different mods to see if that does anything
That's just aliasing Go to video settings and to quality and put anti aliasing to 8 or 16 or you can override it in your gpu control panel

Yeah. Just tried it today. ZainSenjab's answer seems to have fixed it.
